  • chicken breast - 1 pc.;
  • pumpkin - 400 g;
  • oyster mushrooms - 200 g;
  • zucchini - 1 pc.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • sweet pepper - 1 pc.;
  • chile pepper - to taste;
  • large tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • garlic - 2 teeth;
  • lemon - 0.5 pcs.;
  • cins - to taste;
  • cloves - 2 buds;

  • vegetable oil - 50 ml.

  1. To make delicious and delicate stew, you should first clean the vegetables, cut the seeds from them, remove the peel. It is advisable to remove seeds from zucchini, if they are not very young.
  2. Cut the pumpkin and zucchini with cubes or slices. We rub the zest of lemon on a grater, mix with 1/3 of the portion of vegetable oil, salt a little and water the vegetables with this marinade.
  3. We clean the onion, cut the top from it, press the clove buds inside the top. We crumble the onion itself with half rings, and cut the pepper strips.
