  1. The meat must be washed and cut into cubes. If you just got pork from the freezer, then you can immediately cut it, and then wait for the meat to become soft. You need to fry the already thawed product.
  2. The carrots must be washed, cleaned and cut into large stripes. How to do this: Cut the root crop with a sharp knife along, and then each half again, to make the plates with a thickness of 1 cm. They need to be folded together and cut into large straws.
  3. We clean the onion, cut into half rings, and then into several parts, large cubes.
  4. Pour the oil in the working pot of multicooker. We need to completely cover the bottom of the saucepan. We turn on the program "Frying", the cooking time will be displayed automatically. Wait for the oil to heat up and only after that you can put the meat. Now the cover of the device is allowed to close.
  5. When 5 minutes pass and the meat evaporates, open the device’s lid, put salt and seasonings, mix and close again.
  6. At this moment, it is important not to leave the device unattended, stand near the multicooker for several minutes to periodically stir the meat. If you get distracted, then it can be frying strongly, but we do not need it.
  7. Only 15 minutes of frying and pork will become tender and juicy. You can put onions and mix to it.
  8. We continue to prepare pilaf with pork in a slow cooker using the “Frying” preparation mode. The lid of the device must be closed, the duration of cooking is 5 minutes. It is advisable to periodically stir the meat with onions so that it cooks evenly.
  9. After 5 minutes, you can open the multicooker lid to add carrots. Mix all the ingredients. Fry the meat with onions and carrots for another 5 minutes.

  2. Rice must be washed several times, do not be too lazy to fill and drain the water as soon as you see that it has become transparent - this means that rice is ready for use.
  3. Carrots and onions need to be cleaned, cut the carrots with cubes (thickness no more than 1 cm), onions - thin rings, if the bulb is large, then half rings.
  4. Peel the garlic, divide into teeth, do not remove the shell.
  5. We turn on the slow cooker in the "multiper" mode (if not, we use the "Frying" program). We need to fry meat and vegetables.
  6. Pour oil into the pan, wait a few minutes until the oil is heated.
  7. We put onions in hot oil, fry for 5 minutes, then the meat, mix and leave for 10 minutes. At the end, add the carrots, mix again and fry all the ingredients for 15 minutes. Do not forget to mix periodically.
  8. Next, we need to add vegetables to the meat. We take the right amount of seasoning and rub with your fingers (coriander and zira), add barberry and salt. Mix thoroughly, prepare in the "Frying" mode for another 7-10 minutes.
  9. It’s just time to prepare boiling water so that we get a zirvak. Just pour boiling water over our vegetables with meat (so that water is 2 cm covered the ingredients). We put the pepper, prepare in the “extinguishing” or “pilaf” mode for 40 minutes.
  10. Zirvak is ready, now you can put rice, flatten it with a spatula and extend the Rice program for another 5 minutes.

  • water - 1 l.;
  • barberry - 10 g;
  • raisins and chickpeas - 20 g each;
  • salo - 150 g.

  6. The onion needs to be removed, put the meat back in the multicooker bowl (salt the meat), set the “stew” mode and put the carrots chopped with large strips.
  7. It is very important to try to cut the carrots with a knife, you do not need to use a grater. Cut the root crop with strips, 1 cm in size. We do not mix the carrots, it should languish under a closed lid until it becomes soft. How to check the readiness of the product? Open the lid of the device and trim the orange root crop with sugar, if the grains are dissolved, then the carrot has prepared.
  8. Now you can mix all the ingredients, add acute pepper (do not cut!), Garlic, chickpeas and raisins (pre -soak in water) and salt. Salt needs to be put so much so that Zirvak seemed a little pererirable. Rice absorbs part of the salt and as a result of the pilaf it will turn out to be excellent.
  9. Pour all the ingredients with boiling water so that water covers the meat. We continue to prepare our pilaf in the "extinguishing" mode, the cooking time is 20 minutes. We will get a zirvak - this is the basis of pilaf.
  10. While meat with vegetables stews, we need to prepare rice. Pour it with cold water, drain muddy water and so on until it becomes transparent. Thus, we wash out excess starch from rice and the cereal will not stick together.
  11. After 20 minutes, you need to open the device cover, remove garlic and pepper. That's it, you can put rice on top of the meat, smooth with a slotted spoon and pour boiling water (500 ml).
  12. We switch the slow cooker to the "pilaf" mode, prepare until the rice completely absorbs the entire liquid. After 15 minutes, you need to open the multicooker lid and taste rice if it has reached a state of semi -hardness, then it takes a little more time to reach readiness. If not yet, we add a little water and continue to cook, you can carefully move only the rice with a spatula.
  13. We open the device cover, turn off the program, the rice using the spatula must be assembled from the edge to the center to get a slide, we carefully make small holes in the middle with a knife or fork to put the garlic with sharp pepper inside. Close the lid, turn on the “heating” mode and leave pork piles in a slow cooker for half an hour.

After 30 minutes, the pilaf will be ready, it needs to be mixed and laid out on plates. Enjoy your meal!
