Pilaf with beef in a slow cooker

A real classic pilaf is usually prepared in a cauldron, but at home this simple device was replaced by a modern multifunctional technique - a multicooker. It even has a special mode in it, which is called “pilaf”. In different models and from different manufacturers, it may differ in name, but in those multicooks where there are very few options, such a function is successfully replaced by the universal program “Extinguishing”. Our article contains various original recipes for making pilaf with beef in a slow cooker.

The abundance of spices and fragrant herbs is a distinctive sign of this recipe, and the “highlight” of this pilaf with beef, which we are going to cook in a slow cooker is a pumpkin pulp. We need the following for the dish:

  • beef-600-700 g;
  • rice - 1 cup;
  • pumpkin pulp - 100 g;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • large onion onion - 1 pc.;
  • sharp pepper - 0.5 pods;
  • garlic-6-7 cloves;
  • thyme - 2 branches;

But how will we extinguish this pilaf with beef and pumpkin in a slow cooker:

  1. It is customary to rice rice for pilaf many times, because in the traditional version it should be crumbly. So we will wash the cereal 6-7 times, and then soak in cool water.
  2. Cut the vegetables in small pieces and cubes to cut the beef. We will season it with spices and fry it for about 15 minutes in the bowl. Then we add onions, carrots and do not extinguish for long in the “extinguishing” mode - about 10 minutes.
  3. Then put a pumpkin in pilaf, sharp pepper, fig. We flatter the rice, salt on top and lay out garlic cloves on it. They can be cut into 2-4 parts.
  4. We boil water in the kettle, pour the cereal 2 cm on top.

We all sometimes want to try something new in cooking and somehow modify traditional dishes. Here you have an example - pilaf with ginger, raisins, tomatoes and almonds. We will make this pilaf with beef in a slow cooker of these components:

  • white rice - 1 cup;
  • beef pulp - 0.6 kg;
  • a piece of ginger root - 2 cm;
  • large tomato - 1 pc.;
  • medium -sized bulbs - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • yogurt without additives - 1 cup;
  • ghee butter - 3 tbsp.;
  • sunflower oil - 4 tbsp.;
  • light raisins - 1 tbsp.;
  • chopped almonds - 1 tbsp;
  • chopped green parsley - 1 tbsp;
  • black pepper, salt, cinnamon, coriander, kumin, turmeric - to taste.

Cooking pilaf with beef in a slow cooker in the following way:

  1. We will cut the beef into small cubes, season with black pepper and salt, pour natural ugly yogurt and hide in the refrigerator for the whole night.
  2. In the morning, the meat will become softer, be marked - you can start cooking. For pilaf, we very thoroughly wash the rice, cut all the vegetables with cubes, chop parsley, and on a ginger root. We divide garlic cloves on thin plates and chop the almonds.
  3. We will first fry the beef in a pan for 10 minutes, then pour a little water and put out under the lid for another 10 minutes.
  4. We pour vegetable oil into the slow cooker and all spices pour into it. We pass them for 1 minute, then add the onion. When he is pushed out, lay out a tomato, garlic, ginger, supple, salt and in the "Frying" mode will fry all this for another 5 minutes.
  5. The washed rice is mixed with raisins, almonds, as well as with parsley.
  6. To those products that are fried in our slow cooker, lay out the meat, and pour out the rice on top. Water it with melted butter.

This is a sharp and piquant pilaf, in which you will find both dried sharp pepper and a little sauce-chip. The meat ingredient will be beef, the taste of which is emphasized by Barberis and the seasoning of the “hops-sunels”. We will deal with the necessary components:

  • beef - 0.5 kg;
  • rice - 200 g;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • chopped cilantro - 1 tbsp;
  • dried barberry - 1 tsp;

  • onions - 2 heads;

Now we will analyze the cooking process. We do pilaf with beef in a slow cooker like this:

  1. We will divide the pulp into the cubes and mix them with salt, sharp and black pepper, seasoning “hops-suns” and sousing sauce. We will leave in spices for a while, and while the meat is impregnated, we well wash off the excess starch of rice cereals. To cook it faster, pour cool water for 30 minutes.
  2. We put the meat in spices in a slow cooker in which we heat the sunflower oil. Find the program "Frying" and fry the beef for about 15 minutes.
  3. After that, we put onions and carrots to the meat and put them out with beef 10 minutes.
  4. Pour the dried barberry on vegetables with beef, which we cover with rice on top. We pre -drain water from it, and also immediately boil the kettle. Pour the rice with boiling water and salt to taste, pour the chopped cilantro.
  5. We find a program on the multicooker panel in which it is most convenient to cook pilaf. It can be called, like the dish itself, it can be a cereal cooking mode. In extreme cases, the “extinguishing” mode is also suitable.
  6. We cook pilaf with beef in a slow cooker for 50-60 minutes, but we control the process and check when boiling water is absorbed into the cereal completely. When this happens, pilaf is ready.

This is a “minimalist” pilaf recipe in which there are almost no vegetables and seasonings. The main taste shade here sets fresh dill, but for a beautiful presentation of pilaf, a handful of pomegranate grains is used. This simple pilaf with beef in a slow cooker we prepared from:

  • beef - 0.5 kg;
  • rice - 1 cup;
  • fresh dill - 1 large bundle;
  • bulbs - 1 pc.;
  • ghee - 100 g;
  • salt, pepper;
  • pomegranate grains - for decoration.

And here is the very simple process of making pilaf with beef and dill in a slow cooker:

  1. We wash the meat before cooking and cut into pieces of small size, mix them with salt and pepper.
  2. After 10 minutes, we melt a large piece of butter in a multicier -form and fry the pieces of beef pulp in it. We will not succeed in golden crust, but the meat will let the juice. In this juice, we languish the beef for 10 minutes, then we add a little hot water and extinguish the meat for 15 minutes in the “Extinguishing” program.
  3. Cut the onion, chop the dill, wash the rice cereal.
  4. Plant on the meat first onions with dill, and then the rice itself. I will salt the cereal on top. For further preparation of pilaf with beef, pour boiling water into a multicooker with 2 cm over rice.

  • beef - 0.5 kg;
  • rice - 200 g;
  • cauliflower - 200 g;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • raisins - 50 g;
  • prunes - 50 g;
  • vegetable oil - 30 g;
  • butter - 30 g;
  • salt and black pepper.

We will deal with the process of preparing this pilaf with beef, prunes and cauliflower in a slow cooker:

  1. Take a soft beef clipping and divide it into cubes. They are marked in salt and pepper with a slight addition of vegetable oil. We wash the rice from starch and leave in the water for 20 minutes, the same time is enough to marry.

  1. We wash excess starch from rice, washing the cereal in 6 waters. We will cut the beef, we will analyze broccoli on inflorescences, pepper and onions weat in cubes.
  2. Run the slow cooker and in the "Frying" program we warm up the vegetable oil, where we fry the meat immediately with the onion.

Along with the usual onions and carrots familiar for such a dish, there is also sweet pepper, tomatoes, zucchini, as well as a lot of greenery. Well, but a complete list of what is used in pilaf:

  • beef - 0.6 kg;
  • rice - 200 g;
  • large tomato - 1 pc.;
  • medium -sized carrots - 1 pc.;

  1. As usual in the process of preparing pilaf, we wash the rice at least 6 times to wash most of the starch and get a crumbly groats. Immediately cut the meat and vegetables with cubes or strips, cover a bunch of greenery.
  2. We heat the vegetable oil, in it, first of all, fry the carrots with onions, and after 10 minutes we add beef to them. After another 15 minutes, we will salt the meat, season, add tomato, pepper, zucchini, and on top of all this we put rice.
  3. In rice, we will lay out the slices of garlic and salt the cereal. You can add a little more seasoning for pilaf.
  4. In the program "Pilaf", "Rice" or "Extinguishing" we prepare pilaf with beef in a slow cooker from 45 minutes to 1 hour. And at the very end, add fresh greens to the dish.

Among the many recipes of pilaf there is another very interesting way to prepare this dish, and we will describe it further. In such pilaf, we will add dried apricots, pistachios, grenade grains, as well as thyme as a seasoning. We will cook pilaf with beef in a slow cooker from:

  • beef pulp - 0.5 kg;
  • rice - 1 cup;
  • red onion - 1 head;
  • kurags - 100 g;
  • pistachios - 0.5 cups;
  • butter - 3 tbsp;
  • cut thyme - 1 tbsp;
  • pomegranate grains - 0.5 cups;
  • black pepper, salt.

But the description of the cooking process, and it consists of the following actions:

  1. Cut the onion and pulp of beef. In melted butter, fry them together, and in the process of frying, we will salt and season with black pepper.
  2. Wash the rice and add to the meat. Sprinkle with salt and pour boiling water or hot broth. Water will cover the cereal of 2 cm.
