  • light raisins - 100 g;
  • kuraga - 50 g;
  • prunes - 50 g;
  • medium -sized carrots - 1 pc.;
  • butter - 75 g;
  • kizil - 0.5 tsp;
  • turmeric - 0.25 tsp;
  • honey - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • salt - 2 pinch.

To cook sweet pilaf with fruits in a slow cooker, follow the prompts:

  1. Cut the peeled carrots into strips.
  2. Rick rice in several waters.
  3. Now let's go with dried fruits: select the sorcerers that usually remain in such products after drying, rinse in running water and pour boiling water for several minutes. For aesthetic type of finished dish, we advise you to cut especially large dried fruits with neat pieces.

A set of ingredients:

  • fresh peaches - 3 pcs.;
  • fresh cherry plum - 1 tbsp.;
  • kuraga - 150 g;
  • raisins - 150 g;
  • fig - 150 g;
  • almond nuts - 100 g;
  • honey - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • natural grenade juice - 0.5 tbsp.;
  • cinnamon powder - 1 tsp;
  • dried clove bud - 1 pc.

We will divide the cooking process by several steps:

  1. First of all, wash the rice several times in running water.
  2. Wash the dried fruits, scald with boiling water and cut into small pieces.
  3. Spray peaches and cherry plum, then dry the fruits, remove the seeds and chop.
  4. Put the butter in the multicooker bowl and fry nuts on it, fresh and dried fruits for 5 to 7 minutes. For work, the “baking” or “frying” mode is suitable.
  5. Lay out rice on fried products, pour it with hot water and turn on the Pilaf program.
  6. While the slow cooker is conjured over rice, prepare the syrup. In a separate pan, we put honey, sugar and pour products with pomegranate juice. When the mixture boils, add spices there and hold for a couple of minutes on low heat.

The taste of this dish is very saturated and sweet. Most often, it is offered not hot, but as a cold dessert.

Make sure that all the necessary products are at hand:

  • dates - 80 g;
  • small carrots - 1 pc .;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • walnut nuclei - 50 g;
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • steamed long -grain rice - 100 g;
  • kizil - 2 tsp;
  • turmeric - 0.5 tsp;
  • chile pepper - 0.5 tsp;
  • zira - 0.25 tsp;
  • coriander - 1 tsp;
  • water - 3 tbsp.

Cooking procedure:

  1. Pour a handful of dates with hot water for 10 - 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, finely chop on onions.
  3. Cut the carrots into strips or the middle cube.
  4. Pour olive oil into the multichan and fry the vegetable cutting on the corresponding program until blurred.
  5. It's time to remove the bones from the dates and cut the fruits with pieces.
  6. In a slow cooker, where the frying is already ready, put dates, walnuts, spices and mix the ingredients.
  7. Top evenly distribute the rice with a spatula and fill the bowl with water. We will cook in the "pilaf" mode for 90 minutes.

To prepare this amazing dish, you will need the following ingredients:

  • brown rice - 1 tbsp.;
  • kuraga - 100 g;
  • raisins - 50 g;
  • dates - 50 g;
  • large sweet apple - 1 pc .;
  • coconut chips - 20 g;
  • lemon zest - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • water - 3 tbsp.;
  • ground cloves, cinnamon, saffron - 0.25 tsp;
  • vegetable oil.

The cooking process looks like this:

  1. Wash dried fruits and pour boiling water for a quarter of an hour.
  2. When dried apricots and dates are softened enough, cut them into strips, having previously removed the bones from the dates.
  3. Chop the apple with a small cube, do not cut the peel.
  4. Pour vegetable oil into a potted pot and put all spices there except cinnamon. Leave the device in frying mode and heat the products for 2 minutes.
  5. Now add crushed dried fruits and an apple to the bowl. Fry, stirring, for 5 minutes.
  6. Put the washed rice on top of the roasting, sprinkle with citrus zest and cinnamon on top.
  7. Pour hot water into the slow cooker and snap the lid.
  8. We have the work programs - “pilaf” and “baking” for 30 and 10 minutes, respectively.
