  • turkey shin - 800 g;
  • potatoes - 4 pcs;
  • young Tsukkini - 1 pc;
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs;
  • asparagus beans (you can take frozen) - 100 g;
  • carrots - 1 pc;
  • Onions - 1 pc;
  • sweet pepper - 1 pc;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • mustard - 1 tbsp. l;
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l;
  • a mixture of Italian grass - ½ tsp;
  • olive oil - 6 tbsp. l;
  • boiled water - 1/3 of the multistakan;
  • salt, pepper to your taste.
