But you can cook buckwheat in a slow cooker, it is even easier than you think.

We go shopping, you will need:

  • buckwheat - 1.5 cups;
  • low -fat pork - 300 g;
  • carrots, onions - 1 pc.;
  • sunflower oil - 2 tbsp.;
  • water - 3 glasses.
  • salt and spices: sweet pepper black, red and black peas (sweet and spicy), turmeric, nutmeg - all to taste.

We will prepare buckwheat in a multicooker in a slow cooker:

  1. Buckwheat cereals need to be sorted out, removed the damaged grains, get rid of the husk. Although now it is practically not necessary to sit for a long, long and sorting out cereals, because it is sold packaged in bags, peeled and even sifted. But still, we follow this recommendation and make as our grandmothers did.
  2. Buckwheat was crossed, let it be on the sidelines for now, because you need to prepare a fragrant roast. To do this, take the pork of the bellies, because this part is most suitable for cooking buckwheat in a multicooker in a slow cooker.

  7. The meat is stewed, cook buckwheat: pour into a bowl, pour water, mix. We are waiting for literally 10 seconds, drain the water, pour fresh water again. And so several times to rinse the cereal well.
  8. Time has expired, the meat should be well stolen, you can pour buckwheat to it, add water. Water is best poured hot, just boiled.

  • onions - 1 head;
  • average carrot - 1 pc.;
  • sunflower oil - 4 tbsp.;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • salt, spices - to taste;
  • water - 4 glasses.

  1. Onions, carrots - clean, chop. It is standard to chop the onion finely, the carrots can be rubbed on the middle grater.

  10. Perhaps this can be stopped, but we still have another unused ingredient - this is garlic. We add it a couple of minutes before the multicooker signal without grinding.
