Grocery list:

  • turkey fillet - 500 g;
  • onions - 1 pc;
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l;
  • pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • water - ½ multistakan;
  • corn oil - 2 tbsp. l;
  • salt, spices to your taste.

Azu preparation algorithm from turkey in a slow cooker:

  1. Wash the turkey fillet, dry the meat product with a paper towel.
  2. Cut the turkey into small pieces.
  3. Clean the onion, cut the vegetables with rings.
  4. Pour corn oil into the slow cooker.
  5. Set the slow cooker in frying mode.
  6. Send the onion to hot oil.
  7. Pass on the onion in a slow cooker for about 15 minutes.
  8. Clean the garlic, pass it through the press.
  9. Dissolve tomato paste in water.
  10. Cut the pickled cucumbers with straws.
  11. Send the turkey to the slow cooker. Extend the frying mode.
  12. Constantly stirring the contents of the device, add a tomato paste to it, placed in water, garlic and cucumbers.
  13. Salt the ingredients, add spices.

  1. Wash turkeys, dry with a paper towel and cut into cubes.
  2. Clean the carrots and onion from the top layer. Cut the vegetables with cubes.
  3. Pour sunflower oil into the slow cooker.
  4. Put the meat in hot oil.

  8. Rinse the salty cucumbers and cut into cubes.

  • wheat flour - 1 tbsp. l;
  • sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. l;
  • water - ½ multistakan;
  • dry chili pepper to taste;
  • sugar - ½ tsp;
  • a mixture of peppers to taste;
  • salt to your taste.

Stages of cooking:

  1. Rinse the hip of the turkey and dry with a paper towel.
  2. Cut the meat from the bone, divide it into a part pleasant in appearance.
  3. Remove the top layer from onion. Cut the vegetable with cubes.
  4. Wash the cucumbers and cut them with small straws.
  5. Peel the garlic, pass through the press.
  6. Pour the sunflower oil into the slow cooker, install the frying panel on the functional panel.
