  1. Cut the skin from turkey fillet and rinse the meat under the tap. Grind it with cubes and immerse it in a slow cooker. Pour a little vegetable oil there and turn on the program "Frying". We pass the bird in oil until golden crust appears.

  1. First we need to marinate the meat. We cut the turkey into pieces and put in a deep bowl or pan. Separately mix the kefir with a smell and 1 tsp. Curry powder.
