Prepare the following products:

  • oyster mushrooms - 0.7 kg;
  • sour cream of high fat content - 75 g;
  • butter - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • garlic - 2 teeth;

Take:

  • oyster mushrooms - 1 kg;
  • corn oil - 100 m;
  • vinegar 9% - 8 tbsp. l.;
  • salt - 1 tbsp. l.;
