  2. To prepare the dish, greenhouse and forest mushrooms are suitable. It is not necessary to bother with greenhouse for a long time - it is enough to rinse and dry. If forest mushrooms “ask for meat”, they are necessarily boiled in water with the addition of a small amount of salt for 10 minutes. No less delicious is a dish of meat and dried mushrooms, which are pre -poured with warm water for half an hour.

  • carrots - 4 pcs.;
  • potatoes - 3 tubers.

Cooking procedure:

  1. First of all, put a slow cooker on a baking or frying program. Pour a little oil into the bowl and fry the thin slices of the bacon until the fat completely melts in them.
  2. Next, add chopped carrots and finely chopped onion to the bowl. Continue to fry the ingredients until half -cooked.

You will need products on the list:

  • veal - 1 kg;
  • forest mushrooms (for example, chanterelles) - 200 g;
  • beef broth - 1 tbsp.;
  • white dry wine - 0.5 tbsp.;
  • flour - 40 g;
  • mustard with horseradish - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • lean oil;
  • tomato paste - 80 g;
  • sour cream - 250 g;
  • ground paprika - 3 tsp;
  • salt, ground black pepper;
