- fresh champignons - 300 g;
- medium -sized potatoes - 2 pcs.;
- carrots - 1 pc.;

- greens of parsley and dill - a small bundle;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
- pasta - 2 tbsp. l.;
- water - 1.5 l;
- salt and spices are to taste.
- Pour in vegetable oil into a potted pot. Wash the mushrooms, clean their hats from the skins, then cut them with large cubes. Peel the onion and chop in small cubes.
- Turn on the program "Frying" for a quarter of an hour. Lower onion and mushrooms into the bowl. Cook them, stirring periodically.

- Wash the rice diligently until transparent water appears, then put it in a pan, evenly distributed with your hands. Do not forget to salt the rice.
- Clean the cloves of garlic and hide them in the thickness of the rice. Put chili pepper to the products.
- Pour everything with water in which the dried white mushrooms lay. Get the required volume with ordinary water.
- Programm the "pilaf" mode for half an hour. After the specified time expires, do not raise the multicooker lid right away, since the dish should brew for about 15 minutes. Then carefully mix the rice with other products.

- water - 2.5 tbsp.;

- fresh champignons - 10 pcs.;
- onions - 1 pc.;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
- butter - 20 g;
- spices for minced meat - 1 tsp;
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l.;
- sour cream - 3 tbsp. l.;
- hard cheese - 40 g;
- paning crackers - 30 g.
Preparation instructions
- Rinse buckwheat, remove black grains from it. Put it in a slow cooker. In cold water, dissolve 1 tsp. Salt with a slide, then pour cereal with liquid. Close the lid and fix the valve in the “pressure” position. Turn on the buckwheat program and set the following indicators: pressure - 3, time - 9 minutes. Disconnect the "heating" function when the sound signal sounds. Give a porridge for 5 minutes to brew, then put buckwheat in a bowl.
- Clean the onion of the husk and cut it with small cubes.
- Wash the mushrooms and cut into large pieces.
