Rice is often prepared as a simple side dish. It also acts as the basis of many dishes: risotto, pilaf, porridge, casseroles and desserts. This cereal is good in combination with any ingredients: fish, meat, fruits, vegetables and mushrooms, various sweet additives. We devoted this article to rice recipes with mushrooms for multicoars.

Rice with mushrooms, chicken breast and asparagus beans in a slow cooker

  • white rice - 1 cup;

  1. Boil the rice in the slow cooker separately from other ingredients. It must be made scattered, therefore rinse the cereal well, pour it in a bowl of 2.5 cups of water and put the program “rice”, “cereal” or “buckwheat”.
  2. Salt after boiling and cook the rice until cooked. Then release the bowl.
  3. Heat olive oil in it. While it is hot, cut the chicken breast with cubes. Put in oil and fry in the "Frying" mode for 10 minutes. Add salt, black pepper or other seasonings.
  4. Put champignons cut slys. Cook with bird fillet for another 10-15 minutes.
  5. Put the patch beans cut into parts or thawed, depending on the form in which you bought it. Cook the beans in a slow cooker for another 5 minutes and add crushed garlic to the dish.

  • champignons - 200 g;

  • salt pepper.

Prepare rice with mushrooms in a slow cooker:

  1. White mushrooms are folded into the slow cooker, boil the kettle and pour them 3 cups of boiling water. After 15 minutes, we turn on the device in the “cook” mode and boil the mushrooms for 15 minutes. We catch a slotted spoon, cut it back.
  2. We wash and rush in the mushroom broth rice, add salt. Cook the cereal until cooked in the "rice" mode or in the same. After cooking, let him stand on heating.
  3. In the meantime, the rice was cooked, we manage to wash and cut the oyster mushrooms with champignons, as well as crush the onion.
  4. Fry the mushrooms in olive oil in a pan, adding salt and pepper. Bringing them to readiness, we add Woster sauce and crushed garlic.
  5. We transfer the mushrooms to the rice in the slow cooker, throw green onions and mix.

This is one of the many options for preparing risotto. In risotto, as in pilaf, you can add a lot of interesting things, and a dish with zucchini, bacon, champignons and oyster mushrooms is prepared in our recipe. Here's what we use here:

  • rice Arborio - 400 g;
  • broth - 1.6 l;
  • bacon - 200 g;
  • champignons - 150 g;
  • oyster mushrooms - 150 g;
  • small zucchini - 2 pcs.;
  • onion-shawl-3 pcs .;
  • white dry wine - 120 ml;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp;
  • cheese - 40 g;
  • salt pepper.

We cook rice with mushrooms and zucchini in a slow cooker like this:

  1. In the saucepan on the stove we boil the broth, make fire to a minimum and cover with a lid.
  2. Cut champignons and oyster mushrooms, fry them in a slow cooker in 1 tbsp. olive oil. When the mushrooms give the juice, we transfer them to a bowl, we heat another 1 spoon of olive oil in the bowl and throw zucchini cut into slices into it.
  3. Frying, take out zucchini and drown in a multicooker 25 g of butter. We crumble onion onion and fry it in this oil until transparent.
  4. We send the remains of butter into the bowl and pour the rice cereal. We fry, stirring until the rice turns white.
  5. Pour the wine and stew the cereal until the liquid is absorbed. If the broth is salty, then the rice is not necessary to salt, but you can add black pepper.
  6. Add a glass of broth to risotto. We put the “Extinguishing” mode, prepare until the broth is absorbed. Then we add another glass and achieve the same effect. So we languish the rice until cooked.
  7. Fry the bacon in a pan. We put it already in the finished rice. Pour grated cheese, mix, add zucchini and mushrooms, mix again and leave it on heating for 15 minutes.

Rice casserole with mushrooms and chicken in a slow cooker

From rice cereal, you can make a delicious casserole by adding meat, mushrooms, different seasonings and greens to it. We will make a casserole of rice with mushrooms in a slow cooker using:

  • white rice - 100 g;
  • chicken fillet - 300 g;
  • champignons - 100 g;
  • small onion - 1 pc .;
  • hard cheese - 50 g;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • ginger powder - 0.5 tsp.;

  • coriander - 0.5 tsp;

  • pumpkins - 500 g;
  • mushrooms - 150 g;
  • white dry wine - 0.5 cups;
  • broth - 0.5 l;
  • hard cheese - 50 g;
  • butter - 2 tbsp;
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp;
  • onions - 0.5 pcs.;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • salt, pepper.

Rice with mushrooms and pumpkin should be cooked in a slow cooker as follows:

  1. We bake the pumpkin in the oven to softness, then cool and clean the pulp with a spoon.
  2. In the bowl we heat the butter and olive oil, in it we fry the crushed garlic with half a minute, and then add the mushrooms cut into slices. Salt and extinguish for 10 minutes.
  3. We put chopped onions and rice to the mushrooms, mix, pour wine and wait until it is absorbed.
  4. We add broth into the dish in portions and extinguish rice with mushrooms in the slow cooker until its full readiness.
  5. Grind the pumpkin pulp with a blender and add to risotto. Pour grated cheese, mix and volume until it melts.

Quite a simple, but interesting rice recipe with mushrooms for multicooker, which we will prepare from:

  • rice - 200 g;
  • oyster mushroom - 100 g;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • zucchini - 0.5 pcs.;
  • feta cheese - 50 g;
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.;
  • salt and pepper.

  1. We make rice in a slow cooker in the appropriate program until readiness. Before that we wash it, we pour water 2.5 times more, and after boiling, salt.
  2. We will free the bowl, pour olive oil. Cut the vegetables into strips and put it in the bowl. Fry it until cooked, stirring.
  3. Mix vegetables and mushrooms with rice directly in the slow cooker, season with pepper and flood another 10 minutes.
