Want to cook delicious dinner soup from dried mushrooms, but never did it? Do not rush to give the viscous mushrooms to a neighbor or girlfriend, this is a real wealth! Of several dried mushrooms, a very tasty soup will be obtained. It will be so fragrant that all family members will literally dance near the multicooker and count the minutes while the soup is ready. So, without hesitation, we go to the kitchen to prepare:
- potatoes - 5 pcs.;
- vegetables: onions and carrots - 1 pc.;
- dried mushrooms - 50 g;
- any oil (butter or vegetable) - 2 tbsp;
- salt, black pepper, fragrant peas to taste;
- potor of the highest grade - 2 tbsp.
We cook in the following sequence:
- First of all, mushrooms need to be soaked in warm water. Take water not from the tap, but boiled, from the filter or spring, slightly heated. Pour the mushrooms so that the water is completely covered and so far leave on the table.
- We are engaged in other products: vegetables need to be cleaned and crushed, fry in oil (“frying” mode) first onion until it becomes transparent. Do not forget to stir the onion with a spatula so that it does not burn. Then you need to add the carrot (rub on a fine grater or chopped with a sharp knife to cubes or straws of approximately the same size).
- As for the choice of oil: you can do everything on the vegetable (the choice is yours: olive, sunflower, corn, rapeseed) or use a piece of butter. Only then should you be 100%sure in its quality.
- While the vegetables have not yet prepared, but there are several free minutes, turn on the stove, put a dry frying pan, sprinkle the flour, fry slightly until the color changes. The flour should purchase a light golden hue.
- Flour is needed only if you want to cook soup with mushrooms and potatoes, without cereal. If you want, add a handful of buckwheat or rice, and possibly pasta, then flour is not needed.
- After frying, flour should be introduced to vegetables, mix. If the slow cooker is disconnected, let the device still stand in the "heating" mode. And we need to quickly clean the potatoes, grind (cubes or strips).
- Now the mushrooms - drain the water, slightly squeeze the mushrooms. If you have whole forest mushrooms, they need to be cut into pieces.
- Turn on the slow cooker by activating the extinguishing program, add potatoes and mushrooms, spices and salt. If desired - a bay leaf of medium size.
- Now water - pour the contents of the multicooker bowl with cleaned water and activate the device. We need to set the timer for 1 hour. You can go the other way: the "soup" mode, cooking time 40 minutes, then add as necessary.
It is advisable to serve such a fragrant soup with fresh greens (chop and put in each plate a little), as well as homemade sour cream. Here is such a simple recipe for cooking soup. The first dish will turn out not only fragrant, but also very useful and tasty. Dried mushroom soup with millet in a slow cooker
Traditionally, in Russia, soup with forest mushrooms was cooked all year round. In the summer, in the season of collecting forest gifts, they cooked fresh mushroom soup, and in the cold season - from dried. The mushrooms were dried and stacked with whole viscies to then cook the first dishes, cook potatoes in the furnace and other dishes. What ingredients will be needed:
- white mushrooms are dried or any other - 50 g;
- carrots - 2 small;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- potato - 6 pcs. medium size;
- well water - 2.5 l;
- millet - 5 tbsp.;
- bay leaf and other spices, including salt - to taste;
- a piece of butter;
- fresh greens in each plate.
Subtleties of cooking:
- We soak the mushrooms in water, leave for 1 hour. If large, directly dry, try to cut mushrooms into small pieces.
- We turn on the "Frying" mode, you can "baking" to fry on a bow with carrots in butter. First, onions, literally a few minutes to a thin onion aroma, then carrots. Follow the vegetables, periodically stir to prepare evenly.
- While the multicooker is busy, we have time to clean the potatoes, rinse millet and pour it while warm water so that Krupa gives its bitterness.
- Pour the potatoes into a slow cooker to vegetables, pour water, add spices and salt, mix.
- Now switch the slow cooker by installing another program - “extinguishing” for 1 or 1.5 hours, depending on the power of the device. The more the soup will prepare (a maximum of 1.5 hours), the better, because the soup will turn out to be rich and thick.
- After about 20-30 minutes, when the broth begins to boil, pour the washed millet and lower the lid. That's it, now there will be a slow cooker, and we just have to chop fresh greens, make a bowl with sour cream, make croutons or dry bread in a toaster and set on the table.
As soon as you hear the signal, try the soup, add spices and salt to taste (if necessary), pour into plates, put in each a pinch of chopped greens and invite each family member to try a rich fragrant mushroom soup. - water - 2.5 liters or slightly larger.
Prepare continuous pleasure if you adhere to this plan:
- We clean the onion with carrots, chop it in a convenient way. For example, chop the onion with a knife, the carrot is on a grater.
- Pour the oil, turn on the device on the “frying”, the oil warms up and lower the onion first for 3 minutes, stir. Then carrots and mushrooms. Fry all together until the completion of the program.
- There is plenty of time, so first we wash the barley, pour with well water (or from the filter), leave it on the table.
- We clean the potatoes, cut into small cubes, send to vegetables.
- Pour everything with water, put salt, black pepper and fragrant peas, one bay leaf.
- We drain the water, rinse the barley, pour the multicooker into a saucepan.
- The lid needs to be lowered and on this optimistic note to choose the optimal mode of operation: “soup” or “extinguishing” for an hour. The first option: the timer was set for 20 minutes. After boiling, in order to reduce intensive boiling, we switch to the “Extinguishing” program, we set the timer for 40 minutes.
- Do not think about what spices or fragrant dried herbs are combined with mushrooms. In addition to black pepper with peas, literally on the tip of a knife and a couple of peas of fragrant pepper, nothing else needs to be added. If you can’t do without a bay leaf, put a small leaf.
