Products:

  • chicken meat - 0.5 kg;
  • potatoes - 4 pcs.;
  • salted cucumbers - 4 pcs.;
  • tomato paste - a tablespoon;
  • rice - half a glass;
  • a few cloves of garlic;
  • carrots, onions - one vegetable;
  • oil - 2 tbsp;
  • spices: pepper, greens, dried herbs, including bay leaf - to taste.

Let's start the cooking process:

  1. Inspect the multicooker bowl, if it is wet or dirty - you need to wash and dry, then pour oil (any suitable for frying), activate the "Frying" option.
  2. Immediately, while the oil warms up, we clean the onion, chop as smaller as possible, send it to the frying bowl.
  3. The next carrot in line - this bright root crop must be cleaned, cut into cubes. Then the garlic is similar - only crumble as smaller as possible.
  4. We send all the vegetables to the slow cooker, cook to the signal, periodically stir with a spatula so that the onions and other ingredients are prepared evenly.
  5. We make tomato paste. We take the same amount of boiled water at room temperature on a tablespoon, pour vegetables, mix. If the timer is disconnected, select the “Extinguishing” mode, activate the Start button, after the cooking time is set for 1 hour.
  6. The potatoes remained - it needs to be cleaned, cut into cubes and immediately send to the vegetables in the bowl of the device.
  7. The chicken needs to be washed, cut into pieces into pieces, send to vegetables with potatoes. All ingredients need to be poured with just boiled water. Water will need this amount of products about 2 liters.

  4. Cucumbers need to be cut with a sharp knife finely, cubes.
  5. Greens - rinse, chop.
  6. In addition, you can prepare a glass of slave brine, which needs to be filtered through gauze or small strainer.
  7. Now, when everything is prepared, you can start with the fact that you pour it into the frying oil container, slightly warm it in the "frying" mode.
  8. Literally after 2 minutes, you can add tomato paste not placed with water and then put onions with carrots. Cook all together for 10 minutes, stirring periodically.

  12. When the device is turned off, the meat must be removed to cool on the table, and pour rice into the broth and add potato cubes. Extend the program for 40 minutes, from the moment of boiling, add spices and half the usual salt rate.
  13. Just while the multicooker is busy, the meat should cool down a little and it must be cut into portioned pieces, then to be returned back to the device bowl (approximately 10 minutes before the completion of the program).
  14. Now you can pour a cucumber brine, prepare until a signal sounds. The device automatically switches to the "heating" function.
