  • onion - 1 pc;
  • butter - 120 g;

  • water - 2 multistakan;
  • salt to taste.

We cook the dish in stages:

  1. Wash the liver, carefully remove the gall bladder.
  2. Send the liver to the slow cooker, pour water (use 1 multistakan).
  3. The device is put up in cooking mode.
  4. Cook the liver after boiling water until cooked (10-15 minutes).
  5. Remove the liver from the multicooker, transfer to a separate container and leave to cool.
  6. Pour water from a multicier bowl, rinse the container and wipe it dry.
  7. Clean the onion.
  8. Cut the beam in large pieces of arbitrary shape.
  9. Pour vegetable oil into the slow cooker, turn on the device for frying mode.
  10. Pour the onion into the heated oil, pass the product for 5-7 minutes.

  • chicken liver - 500 g;
  • onion - 1 pc;
  • eggs - 2 pcs;
  • cream (10% fat) - 80 ml;
  • wheat flour - 80 g;
  • baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • butter - 30 g;
  • salt, pepper to your taste.

Suffle preparation recipe:

  1. Wash the liver, remove the veins.
  2. Clean the beam.
  3. Pass the liver and onion through a meat grinder.
  4. Mixing the mass of the liver and onion, add flour, baking powder, testicles, salt, pepper and cream to it.
