  • milk - 1 cup;
  • flour - 40 g;

  1. We cut the peeled onion with thick half rings and throw it into a slow cooker, where we pour vegetable oil. Using the “Frying” program, fry the onion until half -cooked, and at this time we wash the liver and cut into pieces.
  2. We spread the pieces over the bow and cook the pork liver in a slow cooker for 2-3 minutes. Then we salt, turn the back side with the onion and cook for another 3 minutes, also sunbathing.
