List of ingredients:

  • beef liver - 750 g;
  • onion - 1 pc;
  • sanny cereal - 3 tbsp. l;
  • sour cream (10% fat) - 60 ml;
  • carrots - 1 pc;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l;
  • chicken eggs - 3 pcs;
  • butter - 20 g;
  • milk - 100 ml;
  • salt to taste.

Cooking the liver pie in the slow cooker in stages:

  1. Wash the liver with beef, remove the film and remove the veins.
  2. Cut the liver into several pieces, place in a deep bowl and pour milk.
  3. To defend the liver in milk for 30 minutes so that all the bitterness will go away.
  4. After soaking, pass the liver through a meat grinder.
  5. Clean onions and carrots.
