Preparation of baked pork ribs in a slow cooker:

  1. Wash the pork ribs and cut into portioned pieces.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
  3. In order not to dirty excess dishes, you can marinate the ribs right in the slow cooker. To do this, put part of the chopped onion into the bowl, then the ribs, on them the rest of the onion. Salt, season with spices, add soy sauce and olive oil. Soy sauce itself is salty, so do not overdo it with salt. You can mix the meat with a special spatula so that it is evenly marinated. Leave the ribs in the slow cooker for 2 hours.
  4. After 2 hours again, mix the contents of the bowl well, then turn on the “baking” mode for 1 hour.
  5. 30 minutes after the start of the process, turn the ribs to the other side so that they are browned on both sides.
  6. When the ribs are ready, transfer them from the slow cooker to the dish, decorate with herbs and serve to the table with a side dish or vegetable salad. Do not forget to serve the sauce.

Ingredients:

  • pork ribs - 500 g;
  • potatoes - 1 kg;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • water - 0.5 cups;
  • salt - to taste;
  • spices - to taste;
  • greens - to taste.

  1. Rinse the pork ribs, remove excess film and small bones. Divide ribs into portioned pieces.
  2. Peel onions, carrots and potatoes. Cut the onion in half rings, carrots strips, and divide the potatoes into 4 parts.
  3. Pour sunflower oil into the bowl, lower onion and carrots into it. Fry the vegetables to rosy color, turning on the "Frying" program.
  4. When the vegetables are browned, add chopped ribs to them and fry in the same mode until golden crust.
  5. Add potatoes to fried meat, salt, season with spices and pour water. Set the "extinguishing" mode for 30 minutes.

  • calf ribs - 1 kg;

  • salt - to taste;

Preparation of calf ribs in a slow cooker:

  1. Rinse the ribs and cut them with portioned pieces.
  2. Pour sunflower oil into the bowl, put ribs into it. Set the "Frying" mode for 30 minutes. In the process of frying, do not forget to stir the ribs with a special spatula so that they do not burn.
  3. While the ribs are fried, prepare vegetables. Cut the onions in half rings, the carrots with circles, and chop the garlic with the press.
  4. 5 minutes before the end of the process, add chopped vegetables to the ribs. Let them also fry a little.
  5. You have time to prepare a gas station. Mix tomato paste with water, salt, pepper.

  7. Turn on the “extinguishing” mode for 1 hour.

Vegetable soup with beef ribs in a slow cooker

Vegetable soup with beef ribs in the slow cooker is rich, tasty and healthy. You can supplement the recipe with those vegetables that you love more. In the winter season, use frozen vegetables.

  • beef ribs - 500 g;
  • potatoes - 4 pcs.;
  • color cabbage - 300 g;
