  • beef - 400 g;
  • onions - 5 pcs.;
  • salt - to taste;
  • water - 0.5 cups;
  • black ground pepper - to taste;
  • fragrant pepper with peas-3-4 pcs.;
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs.

Preparation of traditional dumplings in a multicooker Polaris:

  1. First you need to prepare the dough correctly. Sut the flour in a large bowl and make a small recess in the center.
  2. Beat an egg with salt, water and milk with a whisk. In small portions, pour the liquid mass into the recess and knead the dough.
  3. Roll the finished dough in the bun, wrap it in the food film and let it lay down for 40 minutes at room temperature.
  4. At this time, prepare the filling. Wash the meat, dry with a paper towel and cut into small pieces.

Useful tips:

  • sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • spices - to taste;
  • salt is to taste.

Ingredients for mushroom decoction:

  • water - 1 l;
  • black pepper with peas - 4 pcs.;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • greens (dill and parsley) - a small bundle;
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs.;
  • salt is to taste.

Preparation of dumplings with mushrooms in a multicooker Polaris:

  1. Rinse dry mushrooms well under running water and pour water for 1 hour so that they soften.
  2. Prepare the dough. Pour hot water (boiling water) into a bowl, add sunflower oil, sifted flour and knead the dough. It should turn out to the best of the elastic and not stick to the hands. Roll the dough into the ball, cover any dishes and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. The mushrooms will already soften by this time, you can do a decoction. Pour water into the multicooker bowl, put mushrooms in it, bay leaf, crushed garlic cloves, black pepper with peas and herbs.
