Cooking process:

  1. After all the products are prepared, you can immediately start work. First you need to sort out the main product - peas and pour cold water, leaving for half an hour. After - the water needs to be drained and rinse well.
  2. Then you need to pour the peas into the saucepan, put the chicken, pour water and cook for an hour using the "soup" option.

  • carrots - 1 pc.;

  • chicken fillet - 300 g;
  • cream cheese - 1 pc.;

  • salt, pepper and other dried spices - to taste;

Preparation process step by step:

  1. If you are going to cook soup with peas, we take into account the time to soak. You need to leave peas in cold water for 2-3 hours. Ideal - at night, if you cook the first dishes with the addition of whole peas.
  2. Pour 2 liters of water into a bowl, pour the washed peas into a slow cooker, turn on the “baking” option for 20 minutes. This is necessary so that water boils faster.   • chicken fillet - 300 g;
  • champignons or white forest mushrooms fresh - 150 g;
  • potatoes and carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • the bulb is large;
  • any vegetable oil - 2 tbsp;
  • spices: turmeric, black pepper and salt - to taste;
  • fresh greens to taste.

Cook soup in a slow cooker:

  1. Pour peas with water, wash, drain the water and fill it again with fresh cold, preferably defended, drinking or well. We leave peas at night in the water, if whole, chopped-for 2-3 hours.
  2. We proceed to cook: we wash the peas, pour into a saucepan, pour water, prepare to boil water in the "soup" or "baking" mode.
  3. Then add pieces of chicken fillet, cook for 30 minutes.
  4. While there is time: we clean potatoes, carrots and onions. Grind the onion, you can need carrots or cut into cubes, potatoes by strips or cubes.
  5. Further 2 cooking options: the first roasting in vegetable oil on the onion until golden color, then we attach the carrot - we cook together for 5 minutes, then you need to put pre -chopped mushrooms for vegetables (rinse, if necessary to clean, cut arbitrarily). A frying “Frying” mode in a slow cooker for 5-7 minutes before you boil peas with chicken. The second option is to cook vegetables with mushrooms in parallel, in a pan to save time.
  6. Mushrooms with onions and carrots need to be sent to the pot of multicooker, add spices and a pinch of salt to taste. It is enough to put turmeric on the tip of the knife, but if you want the soup to be bright, then you can put this spice a little more.
