Borsch is a popular Ukrainian dish that is prepared in almost every corner of our planet. Real Ukrainian borscht is tasty and nutritious. There is no only recipe for borsch, you can cook a hot dish differently, and its taste will differ.

We offer lovers of a rich and hearty dish to cook borsch on meat broth with meat. If there is no way to cook borsch with meat, it can be replaced with beans - then the first dish will not be so satisfying. The taste and color of borsch depends on the beetroot. It used to be that it was very difficult to cook real Ukrainian borscht and need to spend a lot of time. Now that in almost every house there is an electronic assistant, it will be much easier to cook borsch in a multicooker Polaris.

The ingredients used:

Basic:

  • meat (pork, chicken and beef) for 200 g;
  • potatoes - 5 pcs;
  • onions - 2 pcs;
  • carrots - 2 pcs;
  • tomatoes - 4 pcs;
  • white cabbage 1 pc;
  • beets - 3 pcs.

Additional:

  • tomato paste - 4 tbsp. (if there is no way to buy fresh tomatoes);
  • fresh greens (dill, parsley, cilantro, green onion) - 25 g each;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • sunflower oil - 3 tbsp.;
  • salt fat - a piece of 10 g;
  • salt, spices - to taste;
  • filtered water - 2 l.

Step -by -step preparation of borsch in a multicooker Polaris:

  1. Cook the broth. Peel 1 onion and 1 carrot, put in a multicooker bowl.
  2. Rinse the meat under a stream of water, cut into small pieces, put the multicooker in a pan and pour water. The pan should be filled with 2/3 of the volume.
  3. Activate the program "Soup", time - 2 hours.
  4. When the broth will boil - do not miss this moment, it is necessary to remove the foam with a slotted spoon so that the broth does not become clouded.
  5. Prepare vegetables: while the broth is cooked, just time to do vegetables. Clean onions, carrots, beets and potatoes. Rinse the cabbage under a stream of cold water. Cut the potatoes with cubes, beets and carrots on the middle grater. Our grandmothers did not like to pass vegetables through the grater, because they believed that their taste was so lost. If you have enough time, try cutting the vegetables into strips using a sharp knife.
  6. If the time is overwhelmed, then you can pass all the vegetables through the combine, especially for cabbage. If the combine is not, you can use a special knife for cabbage and chop it finely. In borsch, cabbage will be cooked faster.
  7. Onions must be cut as smaller as possible.
  8. If you want, you can immediately wash the greens and finely chop.
  9. Tomatoes need to be washed and cut 2 pcs in cubes.
  10. Together with the meat to move the finished broth to the free container, and wash the multicooker bowl and wipe the dry. Remove the meat, cool and chop finely.
  11. Pour sunflower oil into the multicooker container, turn on the "Frying" mode, set the time for 20 minutes. As soon as the oil is inflated, put the onion and continue to fry it until a light golden shade is 7 minutes. Then add carrots to the onion. Continue to cook vegetables for another 10 minutes.
  12. Constantly mixing, add beets to the vegetables, continue to prepare a roasting for 5 minutes.
  13. Add chopped tomatoes to vegetables, mix.
  14. Cut the remaining 2 tomatoes into 2 parts and squeeze the juice from them. This can be done with your hands or pass the tomatoes through a small sieve.
  15. Leave the vegetables to stew in the "Frying" mode for 10 minutes.
  16. Let's go back to the broth, if you want borsch not to be muddy, then the broth should be strain through gauze or a small sieve. Free the meat from the bones and chop finely.
  17. Put meat, cabbage, potatoes, add salt and spices to stewed vegetables, pour a broth.
  18. You should get 2 liters. fluids, if it is not enough, add filtered water. Activate the "soup" mode, cook borsch in a multicooker Polaris 1 hour.
  19. When the cooking time is over, open the multicooker lid and put chopped greens. Expand the cooking time by switching the multicooker to the "heating" mode for 15 minutes.
  20. Prepare fat and garlic. Cut the lard as smaller as possible, and pass the garlic through the press. Combine both ingredients and put a fragrant dressing in borsch.

Since when cooking borsch, every housewife has a scope for creativity, you can put any vegetables in a pan. For example, if you replace the cabbage with sorrel, you get green borsch, and if you remove the meat, then borsch can be eaten in post and during the diet.

What products will be needed:

  • potatoes - 4 pcs;
  • onions - 1 pc;
  • carrots - 1 pc;
  • beets - 1 pc;
  • white cabbage - 300 g;
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp.;
  • half of the lemon;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • salt and pepper - to taste.

Preparation of lean borsch in a multicooker Polaris:

  1. Peel the vegetables, chop the onion finely, grate the carrots on the middle grater.
  2. Cut the beets into 4 or 6 parts, depending on the size of the vegetable.
  3. Chop the cabbage as smaller as possible, because in borsch it will become soft faster.
  4. Put all the prepared vegetables in the slow cooker, pour water and add salt and pepper immediately. You can put your favorite seasonings.
  5. Install the basket for steaming on top and lay out the beets. Turn on the program "Soup", prepare borsch in a slow cooker will be 1 hour.
  6. When you hear a sound signal, remove the steam basket and transfer the beets to the plate. When it cools down a bit, grate it, add tomato paste and mix. To preserve a bright color, sprinkle beets with lemon juice.
  7. Put the beets in borsch, mix. Skip the garlic through the press, you can add bay leaf and black pepper to borscht.
  8. Products:

  • beets - 1 pc;
  • carrots - 1 pc;
  • onions - 1 pc;
  • potatoes - 3 pcs;
  • dried white mushrooms - 8 pcs;
  • fresh cabbage - 200 g;
  • tomatoes (fresh or canned) - 3 pcs;
  • sweet Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc;
  • canned beans - 300 g;
  • garlic 2 cloves;
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp;
  • salt, sugar, spices to taste.

Step -by -step preparation of borsch in a multicooker Polaris:

  1. For borsch, it is better to use dry white mushrooms. Soak them at night in hot water, put them in a thermos so that they insist. You can make a mushroom mix and add several fresh champignons to a couple of dried mushrooms.
  2. Clean onions, carrots, beets and potatoes. Cut carrots and potatoes with cubes, onions - chop finely.
  3. Turn on the slow cooker in the "Frying" mode, pour vegetable oil into the bowl and fry the onion with carrots for 5 minutes.
  4. Put chopped mushrooms, beans and tomatoes to vegetables, simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Cut the beets strips and put it in a pan to vegetables with mushrooms, add sugar, lemon juice. Continue to pass the ingredients for 10 minutes.
  6. Put potatoes, chopped cabbage, add 1 cup of water in which mushrooms were soaked. Turn on the “extinguishing” mode for 10 minutes.
  7. After 8 minutes, put pepper chopped into a pan and warm mushroom water in a pan. After boiling, turn on the “heating” mode, add chopped greens and garlic.
