  • fresh greens - to taste;
  • salt, dried parsley, nutmeg, black ground pepper - to taste;
  • solid cheese, a piece - 100 g.

Cooking sequence:

  1. Immediately draw your attention to the fact that pasta in supermarkets are sold different and many of them. It is difficult to make a choice, but you should pay attention to those that are designed for stuffing. In a slow cooker, preparing them is much easier than on a stove in the oven.
  2. As for the filling: you can use any meat if there is a piece of boiled meat or beef, it will do. If you use boiled meat, then it turns out a more correct, dietary dish and then the pasta will not be so fat and high -calorie.
  3. In any case, we start by twisting a piece of beef on a meat grinder (or any other meat that you have at the moment).
  4. We need to get a soft homogeneous meat minced meat, so it is best to skip the meat several times.
  5. Then you need to prepare vegetables: peel, chop onions and carrots. If you do not have time, it is easier and faster to grate, use a side with small notches (but not the one that is designed to prepare children's dishes for infants).
  6. You will need a little any oil: vegetable or cream.
  7. Turn on the "Frying" mode, keep the slow cooker open, fry the onion, then the carrot and then add minced meat. Do not forget to put salt and pepper so that the meat is fried with vegetables and already manage to absorb spices.

This recipe is universal, you can take any pasta large products, but the tubes are good in that they can be folded in several rows and thus prepare a tasty dinner for a large family.

The list of everything necessary:

  • any meat minced meat - 300 g;

  • milk - a tablespoon;

But we make sure that it does not burn. As soon as the flour begins to darken, we put a piece of butter, mix. It is necessary that the oil is melted, then pour the cream (100 ml) so that there are no lumps. It is very important.
  5. Pour the remaining portion of the cream, mix again and continue to cook for 4 minutes. Do not bring to a boil, put the garlic (grind) and salt, as well as spices.
  6. The sauce is ready, it needs to be poured into another container to free the bowl.
  7. The pasta was welded, it remains to fill them with filling, put them in a slow cooker and pour sauce. For each layer - a little sauce so that it completely covers pasta.
