  1. Wash the meat, dry with a paper towel.
  2. Pass the meat through a meat grinder, grinding to the condition of the minced meat.
  3. Clean the onion, cut into a small cube.
  4. Put the slow cooker into frying mode, pour in sunflower oil.
  5. Send meat minced meat and chopped onion to the heated oil.
  6. Fry the minced meat with onions for 10 minutes, constantly stirring the mass.
