  2. There is another way: to place a whole head of cabbage in a pan of water and boil. If it is young cabbage, it will be cooked literally 3 minutes after boiling water.
  3. The cabbage needs to be removed, cool and then disassemble on the leaves, cutting off the thickening with a sharp knife.
  4. Now rice - we wash several times so that muddy water leaves, boil the rice in “rice” or “cereals”, but only cook not up to the signal, but until half -cooked. We take half a glass of water and a small pinch of salt on a glass of rice.
  5. While the rice is cooked, you can combine the work and not wait until the slow cooker is released, but just fry vegetables in a pan in vegetable oil. Onions need to be chopped with small cubes, carrots can be on a coarse grater.
  6. The rice welded to half -coated must be transferred to a plate and left on the table to cool.
  7. For the preparation of a quinel-like sauce, you will need: water is 700 ml, sour cream and tomato paste, you need to mix everything, add a little salt and pepper (to taste), and squeeze a clove of garlic through the press. You can put more to the taste of garlic.
  8. Mix the cooled rice with minced meat, add fried vegetables (carrots and onions), as well as salt, pepper and other spices at will.

The following products will be needed to prepare the dish:

  • head of cabbage;
  • kurin minced meat - 700 g;
  • rice - 100 g;
  • onions, carrots - 1 pc. medium size;
  • tomato paste (you can sauce) - 3 tbsp.;
  • sour cream, fat content from 20 to 25% - 5 tbsp.;
  • water - 200 ml;
  • spices: black pepper, paprika and bay leaf - to taste;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • sugar - 1 tsp;
  • salt - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.

Cooking process:

  1. We take chicken minced meat or chicken fillet through a meat grinder. On a grater of three onions (you can on a meat grinder or in a blender), add to the minced meat, mix, put salt and spices immediately.
  2. We wash the rice, boil until the “pilaf” or “rice” mode in the mode, when the rice cools down, it can be mixed with minced meat and knead everything well.
  3. Now cabbage: in parallel, while the rice is cooked, we collect water into the pan, put it on the stove, lower the head of the cabbage. If you have young cabbage, it will be cooked within 3 minutes from the moment of boiling water. Gently remove the upper leaves so as not to damage. Leaves must be left to cool.
  4. For each cabbage sheet you need to lay out 2 large tablespoons of minced meat, you can with a hill if the sheets are large. It is best to wrap the cabbage rolls with an envelope or the way you are usually used to doing it.
  5. Put the cabbage rolls immediately in a multicooker bowl of 1 or 2 layers, and when finish, pour vegetable oil, and you need to grate the carrots on a coarse grater and pour into the multicooker bowl.

To prepare a dish, prepare the following products:

  • fresh cabbage - head;

  • water - 150 ml;

  1. We separate the leaves from the head, pour water into the slow cooker, lower the leaves, cook in the "soup" mode for 5 minutes.
  2. Gently remove the leaves so as not to damage, cut off the thick parts, as they will interfere with further work. If the leaves are small, you can flatten a chopping hammer of thickening.
  3. We drain the water, wash the rice several times, pour into the bowl, fill it with water and install the program “Rice” or “Warfrower”, but cook the cereal until half -coated. As soon as half the time is counted, turn off the slow cooker, pour the rice on a plate, leave it on the table to cool. To accelerate the process, you can put a plate with rice on a glazed lidge if it is cold outside.
  4. We pour vegetable oil into the device bowl, activate the “Frying” program and quickly prepare vegetables: clean, chop. Fry the onion first, then add the carrot. We cook until the vegetables become soft. 15 minutes enough.
  5. We transfer the finished vegetables to the bowl with rice, add minced meat, salt, spices, 2 cloves of garlic, mix. The filling is prepared, you can proceed to the formation of pigeons.

  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp;
  • sour cream - half a glass;
  • garlic - 1 slice;
  • water - 50 ml;

How to cook lazy cabbage rolls:

  1. We make the filling: boil the rice in the multicooker in “rice” mode until half -cooked, add minced meat, spices and salt to cooled rice, mix.
