The Polish dish of Bigos, which we are used to calling lazy cabbage rolls, has a wonderful taste for any preparation. Simple ingredients in one juicy meatball taste resemble classic cabbage rolls, only in this version they do not wrap the filling with cabbage leaves, but add them directly to the minced meat. In a slow cooker, lazy cabbage rolls to cook much faster and easier, but they turn out no less tasty than stewed in a stewpan on the stove.

Lazy cabbage rolls in a multicooker Polaris

Classic lazy cabbage rolls with minced meat in a slow cooker are very juicy and fragrant. In addition, they do not burn at all, thanks to the anti -stick covering of the bowl.

Ingredients:

  • pig Glorian minced meat-0.5 kg;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • a bunch of any greenery;
  • tomatoes - 3 pcs.;

  • milk - 200 g;
  • salt and pepper;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • water.

Preparation of lazy cabbage rolls in the multicooker Polaris:

  1. Before starting cooking, pour a glass of rice with cold water for half an hour.
  2. Grate the carrots or cut into strips. Grind the onion finely.
  3. Finely chop the greens and garlic with a knife. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  4. Chop the cabbage.
  5. Pour a little vegetable oil into the multicooker container and turn on the “frying” or “baking” mode. Fry onions with carrots in hot oil until the vegetables become soft.
  6. Separately, connect the cabbage with rice and minced meat in deep dishes. Add fried vegetables to them. Season with salt, spices and carefully averaged the minced meat with your hands.
  7. Set aside the stuffing to the side and make the preparation of filling for the lazy cabbage rolls.
  8. Grind chopped tomatoes with garlic and milk in a blender. Found 3 cups of water and stir with a spoon.

  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • any minced meat - 0.5 kg;
  • sauerkraut - 200 g;
  • tomato juice - 1 l.;
  • garlic;
  • salt pepper.

Preparation of lazy cabbage rolls with sauerkraut in a multicooker Polaris:

  1. Wash the rice thoroughly several times and boil it in salted water.
  2. Grind the onion and fry until golden color in the cup of multicooker in hot vegetable oil.
  3. Grind sauerkraut with a knife.
  4. Fent vegetables, minced meat, rice and cabbage combine in a separate bowl. Salt, pepper and mix well. Leave the minced meat stand for 5 minutes.
  5. Set the "baking" mode in the slow cooker.
  6. Blind the cabbage rolls of arbitrary size from minced meat and distribute them in a plot cooker of the Polaris multicooker pre -greased.
  7. Leave the lazy cabbage rolls under a closed lid for half an hour.

  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • color cabbage - 350 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • butter - 60 g;
  • flour - 2 tbsp. l;
  • tomatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • boiled rice - 4.5 tbsp. l;
  • salt, sugar, black pepper - to taste.

Preparation of lazy cabbage rolls with cauliflower in a multicooker Polaris:

  1. Rinse the chicken fillet. Onions and garlic also clean and rinse. Pass these ingredients through a meat grinder.
  2. Boil the inflorescences of color cabbage until cooked.
  3. When the cabbage boils, cut it finely and send it to the minced meat.
  4. Add the boiled rice to the minced meat in advance. Salt, add pepper and mix everything well.
  5. Prepare the sauce. To do this, put a piece of butter and chopped tomatoes in a multicooker bowl. Set the "baking" mode.
  6. Dilute the flour in 50 ml of water and add to tomatoes. Put 0.5 hours of sugar and a little salt to tomatoes. Share to the contents of water approximately 100 g.

  1. Wash the rice several times.
  2. Grind with half rings onions.
  3. Pour 20 g of olive oil into the multicooker bowl and fry the onion on it for several minutes. Set the "baking" mode.
  4. Grate the carrots and send it to the onion. Fry the vegetables for another 3 minutes and then add paprika to them and a little finely chopped pepper.
  5. Rinse and dry champignons. Cut them in large pieces and pour them into a slow cooker. Mix everything.
  6. Chop half the head of cabbage and put it on stewed vegetables.
  7. Send to all ingredients and dried rice.
  8. Mix the minced meat for cabbage rolls and pour boiling water so that it slightly covers the surface of the products. Add seasonings, salt and pepper to the dish.
  9. Close the slow cooker and leave the lazy cabbage rolls to languish for 15 minutes in the "extinguishing" mode.

Put the finished dish on a plate and serve to the table with tomatoes or pickled cucumbers.

  4. From the finished minced meat for lazy cabbage rolls, form zrazes, roll them in flour and send them a polaris multicooker, which is pre -lubricated with vegetable oil.
  5. Set the "baking" mode and fry the cabbage rolls on both sides to a rosy crust.
  6. Turn off the device, but do not take out the cabbage rolls. Take care of making sauce.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream with canned tomatoes without peel. Add also tomato paste and water, salt to taste, 1 tbsp. l. vinegar and the same amount of sugar. Grind everything in a blender.
  8. Pour the cabbage rolls with sauce and prepare them in a slow cooker for about 25 minutes in the "extinguishing" mode.

Serve the fish cabbage rolls to the table hot with potato or vegetable side dish.
