Cooking products:

  • young zucchini with a total weight of about 700 g;
  • buff of its own cooking from a mixture of beef with pork - 400 g;
  • boiled rice - 100 g;
  • sour cream and cream (fat content 15 and 9%) - 100 g each;
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp.;
  • salt, seasonings - to taste.

Preparation of zucchini in a multicooker with minced meat:

  1. First you need to cook minced meat. Perhaps you have a small piece of finished minced meat in the freezer, you just need to defrost it. Or prepare a fresh portion from low -fat pork and a piece of beef.
  2. Now zucchini - you will need young, small size. It is also advisable to pre -boil the rice to the state of half -coil. This can be done either on the stove, or in a slow cooker in the "Croats", "Rice" mode. Only then the time of cooking the product needs to be reduced.
