- The basis of the dish is the dough, and it is prepared in the first place. We break the egg into a deep bowl, add 0.5 tsp. Salt, beat with a fork or a whisk. Pour sunflower oil and water, mix and begin to pour the flour gradually. First, we interfere with the dough with a fork, and when it thickens, we continue to knead with our hands. If necessary, add flour a little. The dough should not become too hard, but quite elastic. We leave it for 15-20 minutes and at this time we prepare the filling.
- From the fish fillet, carefully select all the seeds and cut the pulp in small pieces. We chop the bulb as smaller as possible and add to the salmon. We put a handful of chopped dill in the filling, pre -prepared mashed potatoes, salt and black pepper. Mix everything well.
