  • buckwheat - 1.5 cups;

  1. Before cooking, the mushrooms should be soaked for which we will flood them with cool water and set aside for 2 hours. So that they are even softer, after 2 hours we will boil them in clean water for 10 minutes. In this form, they can be cut, so chop the mushrooms by strips, and at the same time cut 3 onions of cubes.
  2. Choose the "Frying" program, pour oil into the tank of the device and fry in it first only onions. After about 10 minutes, it will reach the condition we need, after which you can lay mushrooms to the bow. We also fry them for 10 minutes.
  3. My buckwheat, pour into the bowl. We pour our porridge of 0.5 liters of hot boiled water, or you can take a mushroom or meat broth instead - it will be even tastier.

  • chicken breast - 300 g;

In this case, we will have chanterelles mushrooms. They will become the basis of a delicate creamy sauce. For the recipe we will use the following products:

  • buckwheat - 1 cup;
  • fresh chanterelles - 400 g;
  • large onion onion - 1 pc.;
  • flour - 2 tbsp.;
  • broth cubes with mushroom taste - 2 pcs.;
  • cream - 2 cups;
  • sunflower oil - 3 tbsp.;
  • fresh parsley - 0.5 bundle;
  • salt and black pepper.

  1. Boil the washed buckwheat in a multicier bowl in the program for cooking cereals or in standard mode "Cooking". We take water at the rate of 1: 3, we will definitely salt the porridge. When she prepares, free the bowl, wash and wrap it dry.
