How to cook hedgehogs in a slow cooker in tomato sauce:

  1. Rin and soak the rice in warm water for 30 minutes.
  2. Finely chop the onion, let the garlic through the press, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  3. Warm up a little sunflower oil in the bowl, fry the onion in the “baking” mode until golden, add carrots and garlic. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring periodically, then put the roasting on a plate and wash the bowl.
