Although rice with chicken and a simple dish does not mean that it cannot be made interesting, original. Here we, for example, will prepare it with black beans, sharp pepper, tomato and vegetables. We list everything that we need for cooking:

Let's make rice with chicken, vegetables, beans and tomato in a slow cooker, performing the following:

  1. We’ll soak the black beans a few hours before cooking, or you can do this at night. When we proceed to the process, we will immediately clean the vegetables. Cutting them preferably strips. In the same way, in stripes, we will chop chicken fillet, freed from the skin and bones.
  2. Now let's go on spices. Sharp pepper, along with the cabled, must be kneaded in a mortar, and the garlic is very finely chopped or squeezed through the press. Pour vegetable oil into the slow cooker and fry the onion with crushed garlic and cabbage.
  3. We put strips of chicken fillet on vegetables, salt and add crushed spices.
  4. We post the rice, beans, tomatoes washed repeatedly. This is all flooded with tomato juice, we will also salt it.
  5. Find the mode "Extinguishing" and prepare rice with chicken in a multicooker for 1 hour. Then add parsley and turn off the dish.

A universal casserole is good at any time of the day, and you can also take it with you to work. The abundance of various ingredients makes the dish full and nutritious. We will prepare a rice casserole with chicken in a slow cooker, taking the following components:

  • rice - 300 g;
  • chicken fillet - 500 g;
  • cauliflower - 200 g;
  • eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp;
  • eggplant - 300 g;
  • cream - 300 ml;
  • sweet pepper - 1 pc.;
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • sunflower oil;
  • salt and black pepper.

Preparing a rice casserole with chicken in a slow cooker without any difficulty:

  1. We glue the chicken fillet chopped with cubes in soy sauce seasoned with black pepper.
  2. Beautiful slices of approximately the same thickness, weat tomatoes, eggplant, sweet pepper, and tear cabbage into small inflorescences.
  3. In the casserole, pouring will be used, and to make it, shake the eggs and mix them with cream, pepper and salt. Add the crushed garlic to the fill.
  4. We will weld the rice separately, but only to half -consumption, and we will not forget the water when cooking.

  • long -grain white rice - 400 g;
  • chicken breast - 300 g;
  • broth - 1 l;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • ham - 100 g;
  • smoked sausages - 100 g;
  • tomatoes in its own juice - 400 g;
  • sharp sauce "Tabasco" - 1 tsp.;
  • bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.;
  • green onions, parsley - 1 bundle;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • celery - 2 stems;

We cook this dish in this way:

  1. The chicken, already without skin and bones, will divide into pieces. True with all the spices that are indicated in the recipe.
  2. We heat the oil, put the fillet into it and fry, stirring, in the corresponding program.
  3. Remove the fried chicken, do more oil and fire on a bow with sweet pepper and celery in it. All this, of course, will first cut it.
  4. After a couple of mine, we lay the garlic and washed well rice to the vegetables. We stir the components in the slow cooker for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. We will return the chicken back, pour heated hot broth, put the “Extinguishing” program. We cook rice with chicken in a slow cooker for 20 minutes.
  6. The next step in the dish we add sausages and ham, cut into pieces, as well as tomatoes, also chopped before. We will send juice from tomatoes there. We intervene Tabasco sauce and prepare rice with chicken in a slow cooker until the rice becomes soft, and there is almost no excess fluid.

There is nothing superfluous in it, even spices are used to a minimum here, but the dish turns out to be incredibly delicate, with a thin aroma of cream and cheese. We will prepare this casserole of rice with chicken in a slow cooker using:

  • rice - 1 cup;
  • chicken fillet - 0.5 kg;
  • hard cheese - 150 g;
  • broccoli - 400 g;
  • fat cream - 1 cup;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • salt and pepper;
  • vegetable oil.

  1. Rinse the cereal and put it in a saucepan with salted water to boil until half -cooked.

The rarest ingredient here is perhaps saffron, but if you fail to get such a spice, replace it with some of your favorite seasoning. And we will tell you what products we used in this dish:

  • canned pineapples - 300 g;
  • onions - 2 heads;
  • sunflower refined oil;
