  1. Prepare the ingredients. Let's start with vegetables. Peel potatoes, onions, garlic and carrots, rinse. Cut the potatoes into small bars about 2.5 cm in thickness, cut the onion with small cubes, carrots with mugs, grind the garlic with a knife.
