Many are accustomed to such simple and uncomplicated side dishes as cereals, potatoes or pasta, and there are no less tasty and very useful dishes that can be served with meat or fish. An example of this is stewed carrots, the recipes for which we collected in a slow cooker in this article.

Stewed carrots in a slow cooker with a sweet ray and tomatoes

It’s easier to put out carrots in a slow cooker with other vegetables. It is best combined with onions and tomatoes. The butter adds a special aroma to this side dish, as well as a fresh green ray. Here is a list of the ingredients we need:

  • carrots - 0.5 kg;
  • onions - 250 g;
  • tomatoes - 200 g;
  • butter - 70 g;
  • green onions - a small bundle;
  • salt, turmeric, pepper, coriander - to taste.

We cook stewed carrots with onions and tomatoes in a slow cooker:

  1. Turn on the program “Frying on the panel”, melt the butter and save in it a half -ring of onions. While he is fried, chopped with thick strips or circles of a cleaned carrot.
  2. Add carrots to the onion and fry for 10 minutes.

In a vegetable side dish, you can connect a sweet carrot with delicate, thinly smelling and juicy zucchini. We will extinguish such carrots in a slow cooker in sour cream, using the following products:

  • small zucchini - 1 pc.;
  • large juicy carrots - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • sour cream - 3 tbsp.;
  • butter - 50 g;

  • carrots - 0.5 kg;
  • apples - 250 g;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • salt, sugar to taste.

We will analyze the preparation of stewed carrots with apples in a slow cooker:

  1. Cleaned fruits chop small cubes, approximately the same.
  2. We heat the slow cooker in “Frying” mode, dissolve butter in the bowl, fry the carrot in it for 10 minutes.
