Stew meat in a slow cooker - a simple task. From the bowl, the liquid practically does not evaporate, and the products languish in their own juice at the most suitable temperature. Pork is especially tender with this method of cooking. We will prepare it in a slow cooker according to the recipes that are described in this article.

Mushrooms in stewed meat can initially be both fresh and pickled. Pickled will add a little acid dish. There are not many spices here - only the ground coriander and ginger. Check out the list of what we prepared stewed pork in a slow cooker:

  • pickled champignons - 500 g;
  • sunflower oil - 1 tbsp.;
  • flour - 2 tbsp.;

Now let's get the preparation of stewed pork in a slow cooker:

  1. We cut into cubes with a size of 3x3 cm pork clipping. We will have a salt and ground coriander, on a pork by spices and set to soak for half an hour.
  2. Salt the marinade from mushrooms in some vessel. If the champignons are large, then cut into half or quarters.
  3. We’ll turn on the slow cooker, select the “Frying” program, heat the vegetable oil. We lay out approximately ¼ part of the pork, fry to crust. Remove into a bowl and fry the same portion of meat. So fry all the cubes.
  4. We transfer all the pork back into the bowl, add a grated ginger root, pickled champignons. We interfere and set the “Extinguishing” program for 1 hour.
  5. A little less than a glass, approximately 150-170 ml of the marinade from mushrooms is combined with wheat flour, sour cream and a small amount of salt.
  6. When the timer on the slow cooker will measure half the time, pour the sauce into the bowl. We cook stewed pork in a slow cooker until the end of the program, and then insist on another half an hour.

In this recipe, the sauce in which pork is stewed. It consists of cream and mustard, and the meat itself is previously fried in honey glaze, so that the dish also acquires a slight sweet. We will prepare such stewed pork in a slow cooker from:

  • pork meat-600-700 g;
  • luke - 2 pcs.;
  • salty cucumbers - 3 pcs.;
  • wheat flour - 1 tbsp.;
  • mustard - 1 tbsp.;
  • honey - 1 tbsp.;
  • cream - 250 ml;
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.;
  • bay leaf - 1 pc.;
  • fragrant and black pepper, salt.

We will analyze the cooking process by stages:

  1. In the slow cooker, we will incite vegetable or olive oil, add a spoonful of honey and melt it. To this end, we use the “Frying” program.
  2. We cut pork into cubes and put in boiling honey. Fry about 5 minutes, turning the pieces.
  3. Now we pour chopped bulbs, fry with meat in honey and oil.
  4. Pour 2 cups of boiling water, season with fragrant and black pepper, salt, bay leaf. We cook stewed pork in a slow cooker for 45 minutes.
  5. Salted cucumbers are covered with strips or large cubes. Add them to the dish and stew all this together for another 15 minutes.
  6. Pour the flour into the cream, put mustard, mix and pour the sauce into the bowl. We try on salt, languish the dish for another 5 minutes.

In the Greek recipe, spicy greens - basil and celery set the main taste to the dish. A set of products is quite modest - meat, a small amount of vegetables and greens with seasonings. The list of products for such stewed pork in a slow cooker is as follows:

  1. Divide pork meat into cubes 3x3 cm.
  2. We warm well in a slow cooker included in the "Frying" mode, olive oil. We fry the meat cubes in it and extract temporarily in a clean bowl.
  3. We cover the bulb, the petiole of celery, carrots and basil leaves without stems.
  4. In the oil that remains in the bowl, we fry these ingredients all together. When the carrot becomes soft, we will shift the pork back, sprinkle with lemon juice.

  1. We cut the pork ham into pieces and fry them from all sides in vegetable oil. There is no need to salt yet. For frying, we use the option “Frying” or “Baking”.
  2. Pot the ginger root, chop the head of the onion with half rings. Pour them to the fried pork, add honey, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Now we will use the “Extinguishing” program - we cook stewed pork in a slow cooker for 40 minutes.
  4. Add cherries to the dish before the very end of cooking. Turn off the slow cooker and let the meat reach another 10 minutes.

Pork meat before cooking we will well and for a long time in the sauce, which we will make according to a rather interesting recipe. For stewed pork, we need the following:

  • pork pulp - 800 g;
  • lemon zest - 1 tbsp.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • natural grenade juice - 1 l;
  • red dry wine - 50 ml;
  • juice of half lemon;
  • garlic - 4 cloves;
  • honey - 2 tbsp.;
  • olive oil - 50 ml;
  • tomatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • sugar - 2 tsp;
  • salt, black pepper;
  • coriander - 1 tsp;
  • grenade grain - 50 g.

Stages of preparing stewed pork in a grenade marinade in a slow cooker:

  1. For the marinade, take natural grenade juice and connect it with wine, lemon juice and zest, liquid honey, crushed garlic, dried coriander, salt and black ground pepper. The marinade should not be too cold.
  2. Cut into cubes pork pulp and plunge into this sauce. We set to soak 3-4 hours.
  3. Warm olive oil in a slow cooker. We carefully remove pork cubes from the marinade and fry in oil. We extract in a bowl.
  4. In the remnants of the oil, we pass the onion, necessarily cut very finely. Pour sugar peeled from the skin and tomato scrolled in a meat grinder, pour a grenade marinade. In the program "Frying" we boil a sauce with an open cover for 10 minutes.
  5. Then we spread the cubes of the fried pork in it, close the lid and cook stewed pork in a slow cooker for 40 minutes.
  6. When serving, sprinkle with pomegranate grains.

In this interesting recipe for pork stewed in a slow cooker, the following was used:

  • pork pulp - 500 g;
  • fresh or canned pineapple - 200 g;
  • sweet pepper - 3 pods;
  • rice wine - 2 tbsp.;
  • rice vinegar - 1 tsp;
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp;

  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp;
  • starch - 3 tbsp.;

Cook stewed pork with pineapple and pepper in a slow cooker in this way:

  1. We chop the pork flesh either with cubes or strips, but not very small. Pour them with soy sauce and rice wine, salt. We give an egg with a whisk, pour to the meat. We interfere and leave for 20 minutes.
  2. We measure half the indicated portion of the starch and sprinkled the meat to them.
  3. We warm up vegetable oil in the Frying program and fry the pork on it from all sides.
  4. Remove the meat into a clean bowl, and in oil we fry the tomato paste with sugar and rice vinegar. Perminent a couple of tablespoons of water.

For a recipe for such stewed pork in a slow cooker, we will take not only vegetables, but also fruits - apples with plums. For the dish, we need the following:

  • pork clipping - 0.7 kg;
  • sweet pepper - 2 pods;
  • plums - 300 g;
  • apples - 300 g;
  • sharp pepper - to taste;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • grated ginger - 1 tsp;
  • wine vinegar - 3 tbsp.;
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp.;
  • salt and pepper.

Prepare stewed pork with fruits in a slow cooker:

  1. We combine wine vinegar with olive oil. We plant this mixture and season with black pepper.
  2. We soak the cut pork clipping in the marinade for 2-3 hours.
  3. Cut the apples and plums cleaned from the bones. In olive oil in a slow cooker, we first fry the onion, then with it we fry apples with plums.
  4. After 10 minutes, add the straw of sweet pepper, meat, spicy pepper, ginger, pour the marinade.
  5. Having activated the “Extinguishing” program, we prepare stewed pork in a slow cooker for 30-40 minutes.
