Lagman is a kind of thick soup with a small amount of broth, but with an abundance of meat and a wide variety of vegetables. A mandatory component of such a soup is noodles, which is prepared manually in a classic recipe using a special technology. To speed up the process of creating a dish, we will use the ready -made dry noodles, and we will take the beef as a meat ingredient. For cooking in a multicooker of beef lagman with vegetables, we will need:

  • beef - 0.7 kg;
  • sweet pepper - 300 g;
  • onions - 300 g;
  • eggplant - 300 g;
  • potatoes - 300 g;
  • carrots - 200 g;
  • garlic - 4 teeth;
  • salt;
  • water - 1 l;
  • tomato paste - 3 tbsp.;
  • spices - to taste;
  • sunflower oil - 3 tbsp.;
  • noodles - 300 g;

The technology for making a lagman with beef and vegetables in a slow cooker is as follows:

  1. The first ingredient that lends itself to heat treatment is meat. We cut the washed beef not too small pieces and put them in a slow cooker. Pour vegetable oil, turn on the “Frying” program and fry the beef for 15 minutes until golden. Do not forget to turn the pieces so that they are covered with a crust from all sides.
  2. The peeled onions are covered with half rings, chopped sweet pepper, and all other vegetables with cubes. The pieces should not be done too small, so that in the process of long cooking they do not turn into a continuous homogeneous mashed potatoes.
  3. When the beef acquires a beautiful fried crust, pour onions into a multicooker and pass it with meat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Then we put all the other ingredients: potatoes, carrots, eggplant, sweet pepper. Then we pour spices. As for spices, Lagman is most often seasoned with ground ginger, turmeric, coriander, celery, zira, red and black pepper. The mandatory component in this dish is basil. It can be poured in dried form, but if possible, it is better to put fresh leaves.
  5. Now we breed tomato paste in water and salt this sauce to taste. It is also nice to add a little sugar to the tomato.
  6. Pour the sauce into a slow cooker and mix the ingredients with a plastic spatula.
  7. In the “Extinguishing” mode, we cook lagman of beef and vegetables in a slow cooker for 1.5 hours.
  8. At the very end of the process, we put crushed garlic and greens in a dish.

Turnip is a healthy root crop that you rarely meet in modern dishes. Meanwhile, such a product was quite common in classical Russian cuisine. We offer you an interesting beef recipe stewed with vegetables in a slow cooker. Vegetable juices, red dry wine, meat broth and fragrant spices turn into a wonderful gravy that complements the taste of meat and decorates any side dish. Here are the ingredients that we will need to cook beef with vegetables in a slow cooker:

  • beef - 700 g;
  • turnips - 2 pcs.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • bacon - 2 strips;
  • red dry wine - 1 cup;
  • broth - 1.5 cups;
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp.;
  • flour - 2 tbsp. no hill;
  • garlic - 2 teeth;
  • cut parsley - 2 tbsp;
  • thyme - 1 twig;
  • bay leaf - 1 pc.;
  • salt, black pepper;
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.

Stewed beef with vegetables in a slow cooker is prepared according to the following technology:

  1. Rinse the beef and put on a paper towel that absorbs excess water. Then we cut the meat with strips and leave for a while.
  2. Pour sunflower oil into the slow cooker. We chop the peeled onion in half rings and put it in a heated little. We pass for 5-10 minutes.
  3. We spread in the bowl strips of bacon, previously cut into pieces. Fry with the bow for 10 minutes. Then we remove the onion with bacon from the multicooker with a spatula and for a while we transfer to a plate.
  4. In the remaining oil, immerse the beef and fry it, turning it over until the meat is covered with a beautiful crust. Then we sprinkle the beef with flour, mix and wait until the flour reinss slightly - it will take no more than 1 minute.
  5. As soon as the flour is subcutaneous, the bacon laid out earlier with the onion is returned to the slow cooker again. We season the dish cut by parsley, thyme, bay leaf. Pour the broth and wine.

  1. We will make marinade for meat first. Rice wine is an infrequent guest in kitchen reserves, so it can be safely replaced with sherry or wine vinegar. In the case of vinegar, the amount will have to be reduced to 1 tbsp. So, mix soy sauce, wine, starch and sugar, add crushed garlic. We rinse the beef and cut into small pieces, pour it with the obtained marinade, mix with our hands and leave it for 0.5 hours.
  2. We cut the prepared sweet pepper into strips, tomatoes - in circles, and onions with thin half rings.
  3. Pour olive oil into the slow cooker and turn on the program "Frying". We will remove the beef from the marinade and send it to hot oil. Fry it from all sides until readiness. In the process of cooking, the meat should purchase brownish color.
