Zucchini in the summer is popular and cheap vegetables, because a lot of recipes have been invented with it. By the way, it is cooked very quickly, and is well combined with other vegetables, as well as with meat. Let's make such stewed zucchini with vegetables in a slow cooker:

  1. We wash the eggplant and chop medium -sized cubes. If you do not remove the skin from them, you will first have to get rid of bitterness. It is very simple: the vegetables must be salted and crushed with something to let the juice be allowed. After a while, you can wash them, and the bitterness will leave.
  2. On tomatoes, we will make the deposits and boil for a minute in boiling water - so we will remove the skin from them. After that, tomatoes can also be poked in cubes.
  3. Now we pour enough vegetable oil in the bowl for frying and in it we will save the thin half rings of the onion.
  4. Throw tomatoes and garlic, thyme and basil to the bow. Salt, sugar and pepper add to taste. In the "extinguishing" mode, the tomato mixture is Tomim for 15 minutes.

  • young zucchini - 1.5 kg;
  • sweet pepper - 4 pods;
  • liquid sour cream - 250 g;
  • soft tomatoes - 300 g;
  • garlic - 3 teeth;
  • greens, salt, seasonings;
  • olive or sunflower oil.

The preparation of this light dish looks like this:

  1. First, fry the Bulgarian pepper, like the hardest ingredient. We clean the pods and cover the strips, put it in vegetable oil and let us in the “frying” program to softness.
  2. We chop the zucchini with cubes, throw it to the pepper, suck and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. It is best to remove the film from tomatoes. We make the notches on the peel, dump with boiling water and remove the skin. We cut the tomatoes themselves with halves of circles. We send to the bowl.
  4. Cook stewed zucchini in a slow cooker for 20 minutes.
