  • pork - 0.5 kg;
  • butter - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • wheat flour - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • young zucchini - 2 pcs.;
  • ripe tomato - 2 pcs.;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • bay leaf - 1 pc.;
  • salt and black pepper - to taste.

Preparation order

  1. Rinse pork and cut into small cubes. Salt and pepper them, then roll in flour.
  2. Peel the onion and chop it with small pieces.
  3. Put the butter in the multicooker bowl. Run the Baking program and, waiting for the oil to melt, lower the pieces of pork into the bowl. Fry the meat for 5 - 6 minutes, without lowering the lid, then add the onion and cook products in the same mode for about 5 minutes. Do not forget to mix the contents of the bowl.
  4. Wash and clean the vegetables. Cut the carrots with rings or strips - at your discretion. Pour the tomato with boiling water to easily remove the skin from it, and open the vegetable with a fork until the tomato mass is formed. Cut the zucchini cubes.
  5. Put the vegetables in a multicier bowl, do not forget to add bay leaf and finely chopped clove of garlic. Season the products with your favorite spices. Programing the "extinguishing" mode for 60 minutes.

  • medium -sized carrots - 1 pc;
  • onions - 1 pc.;

  • fresh herbs - a bunch;
  • salt, black pepper - to taste.

How to cook zucchini in creamy sauce in a slow cooker:

  1. Chop the peeled onion with thin half rings. Activate the program "Baking" on the slow cooker and throw a piece of butter into the bowl. When it melts, pour the onion on top and fry it for 10 minutes - it should purchase a beautiful golden hue.
  2. Cut the carrots with a knife, wash and rub on a coarse grater.
  3. Wash the zucchini. If the vegetable is young, you do not need to cut the peel from it. Cut the zucchini with mugs, cubes or bar - who likes what best. Run everything in flour and send to the slow cooker to the bow. Following the carrots. Fry products for another 10 minutes.

  • 3 eggs;
  • 4 tbsp. l. wheat flour;
  • 3 tbsp. l. sour cream;
  • 0.5 tsp. baking powder;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • hard cheese - 150 g;
  • fresh dill greens - several twigs;
  • salt and black pepper - to taste.

Instructions for preparing casseroles from zucchini in a slow cooker

  1. Chop the onion with small pieces and put the multicooker in a saucepan, after dropping a piece of butter there. Fry the onion for 10 minutes in the "baking" or "frying" mode.
  2. Wash the zucchini, and rubbing them on a fine grater, fold the vegetables in a slow cooker to the onion already lying there. Beat the eggs slightly with a whisk, mix flour with baking powder, and pass the garlic through the press.
  3. Eggs, flour, sour cream and garlic are folded into a potted pot. Salt and pepper the products, do not forget to add chopped dill to them. If you think that zucchini and jam are incompatible things, then you are deeply mistaken! The zucchini in a slow cooker is not boiled: their neat pieces in a sweet, viscous mass look very pretty. Try this unusual dish - you certainly will not regret the time spent on it!

Necessary products:

  • zucchini peeled with remote pulp - 1 kg;
  • sugar - 0.5 kg;
  • lemon - 2 pcs.;
  • citric acid - 2 tsp.

How to make zucchini jam in a slow cooker

  1. First of all, sterilize jars and covers for jam: put them in a pairing container, pour half a liter of water into the bowl. Turn on the program “Warm -up” and set the time on the timer for 20 minutes.

If slices of zucchini seem to you harsh, you can make boiling one more time (put the “extinguishing” for another 40 minutes).
