What ingredients are needed:

  • large apples - 3 pcs. (to fit in a bowl of multicooker);
  • homemade or store Cottage cheese - 3 tbsp. with a slide;
  • homemade sour cream - 2 tsp;
  • sugar - in a small pinch for every apple.

How to cook apples:

  1. The preparation will take literally a few minutes, so even a schoolboy can cope with this recipe. So, we choose ripe, elastic apples, without damage, sour varieties can be. There is one feature, in a slow cooker with this method of processing acid is neutralized and as a result it will turn out to be moderately sweet apples.   4. We stuff our prepared apples: fill out free space with filling, only without a hill. If you want, this can be done immediately in a multicooker, only so that the filling does not fall on the walls and the bottom of the saucepan. If desired, you can cover each apple cut in advance with lids. If you are going to do this before closing the lids, you need to shit apples with sugar. Literally a little for every apple, right on the cottage cheese.
  5. That's all the preparation, then everything is very easy and simple. You need to lower the lid, select the program: if the apples are dense and sour, you can first turn on the “Extinguishing” mode for 10 minutes, and then, when the apples are slightly rushed, activate the “Baking” program. Or simply, select the second mode at once, set the timer for half an hour and wait for the treasured signal. And yes, if the apples are slightly not dispersed, a dense variety and not too juicy, it is advisable to pour a little boiled water into the device bowl.
  6. If even after half an hour cooking the apples remained a little hard, then hold them under a closed lid in the “heating” mode for 20 minutes or even half an hour.

So, we will prepare the following:

  • a large apple - one or more (for each family member by an apple);
  • loof cottage cheese, dense - 1 tbsp. for every apple;
  • sugar - a teaspoon;
  • cinnamon in powder - a third part of a teaspoon;
  • loof sour cream - 1 tbsp.

Procedure:

  1. We select medium -sized apples for each family member given that a maximum of 5 apples can fit in a multicooker of standard sizes. If you want to cook an apple for yourself or a child, then choose the largest.
  2. The apple must be washed, do not clean the peel, only cut the top with a “hat”, and then remove the core, making a neat “pile” inside the apple. In free space we will lay the filling.
  3. Preparation of the filling: cottage cheese needs to be mixed with sugar and sour cream, fill the apple, with cinnamon on top. You can close the top of a cut cap, then the filling will be juicier.
  4. We prepare apples in the “baking” mode for 20 minutes, after which we check the readiness: this may not be enough for the unripe apple, so close the lid by setting the “heating” mode, leave the apple for 15 minutes. Or you can accelerate the cooking process, first pass the apple in the “extinguishing” mode (we pour a little water to the bottom), then switch the device into the desired mode, that is, “baking”. For multicoars with different power, cooking time needs to be adjusted independently, if the device is low -power, the cooking time increases and vice versa.

Gently transfer the finished apples to the plate, decorate as desired. For example, take a powder, as it cools down a little or add cinnamon to enhance the aroma. Enjoy appetite at breakfast! Need to prepare:

  • large apples of solid varieties - 4 pcs.;
  • loof sour cream - 1 tbsp.;
  • loof cottage cheese - 5 tbsp.;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp.;
  • quail eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • chopped nuts - 3 pcs.;
  • raisins - to taste;
  • butter - 1 tsp;
  • for decoration - several leaves of fresh mint.

Cooking features:

  1. Apples are prepared quickly, even from solid varieties and sour. The filling is simply done, so we do not waste time in vain and immediately start work.
  2. The main rule - choose apples juicy and ripe, and sour or sweet - you decide. If you have acidic varieties, then put more sugar in the filling. Some housewives prepare with honey, replacing sugar with this product. Yes, this can also be done, with honey it will even turn out tastier and fragrant. Only not so useful, because honey is heated to lose its beneficial properties.
  3. Let's first prepare the filling, so as not to leave apples for a long time in the open air. You will need a spacious bowl in which you need to put the specified amount of cottage cheese, add sour cream, sugar, mix.

The sequence of work in the kitchen:
