Buy such products:

  • meat (chicken, beef or pork) - 200 g;
  • pearl barley - 1 cup;
  • onions - 1 pc;
  • carrots - 1 pc;
  • potato tubers - 2 pcs;
  • salted cucumbers - 2 pcs;
  • cucumber brine - 125 ml;
  • tomato sauce or paste - 3 tbsp;
  • bay leaf - 4 leaves;
  • black pepper with peas - 5 pcs;
  • sunflower oil - 2 tbsp;
  • meat broth - 1.5 l.;
  • salt, greens - to taste;
  • sour cream - for each portion of 1 tbsp.

How to cook a brine in a multicooker Polaris:

  1. We wash the meat under a stream of water and cut into slices.
  2. We clean the onions and carrots, finely chop.
  3. We cut cucumbers with cubes.
  4. We clean the potatoes, wash under running water, cut into large cubes.
  5. We wash the cereal several times in cold water.
  6. We pour vegetable oil into the multicooker container, turn on the “Baking” program, activate the time - 25 minutes. We wait for the oil to warm up and fry the onion with carrots in oil.
  7. After 10 minutes, add tomato paste to the vegetables and continue to simmer the vegetables for another 10 minutes.
  8. At the end of cooking, add chopped cucumbers, cereals, potatoes and brine. Instead of cucumber brine, you can take ordinary water or meat broth.   1. If you have dried mushrooms, then they must first be soaked in warm water for 3 hours, and best of all - at night. After soaking, drain the water and cut the mushrooms into strips. If you bought fresh or pickled champignons, wash and cut the mushrooms.
  2. Turn on the slow cooker in the "Frying" mode, set the time for 10 minutes. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl and fry the mushrooms.
  3. While the slow cooker works, prepare the vegetables: we clean the potatoes, cut into large cubes, clean the root of parsley and celery and also cut into small pieces. Onions can be cut into cubes, and carrots - strips.
  4. Send to the mushrooms to frustrate onions, carrots, parsley and celery root.
  5. When all the ingredients are ready, it's time to do cucumbers. The following products will be needed:

  • pork - 300 g;
  • rice - 1 cup;
  • salt cucumbers - 3 pcs;
  • onions - 1 head;
  • carrots - 1 pc;
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs;
  • sunflower oil - 2 tbsp;
  • water - 2.5 l.;
  • bay leaf, spices “for a brine” and salt - to taste.

Step -by -step preparation of a pickle in a multicooker Polaris:

  1. Prepare the meat: take a piece of pork with a bone, rinse the meat, cut the soft part into small pieces and put it in a multicooker bowl. Add vegetable oil, turn on the slow cooker in the "Frying" mode for 15 minutes.
  2. While the meat will be fried, we will just have time to prepare vegetables: finely chop the onion, we will grind the carrots on a grater. Send vegetables to the meat.
  3. While the meat with vegetables is fried, peel the potatoes, wash it under a stream of cool water and cut into cubes.

  • celery root - 100 g;
  • pearl barley - 50 g;
  • onions or onions - 50 g;
  • a handful of olives;

  6. Rinse the barley several times changing water. It is advisable to sort out the cereal to remove the damaged grains. We put a clean barley in a pan to the broth with meat.
  7. While the cereals are cooked, we clean the potatoes, cut it with cubes, clean the onions and carrots. Finely chop the onion, the carrots are grate.
  8. From salty cucumbers, if possible, remove the skin and also cut into small cubes.

  10. 15 minutes before the end of the program, open the multicooker lid, add cucumbers to the soup and olive cuts.

After preparing the brine in the multicooker Polaris, we do not hasten to tast it - let the soup touch at least 10 minutes. When the time is over, the pickle is pouring on plates, if desired, you can add chopped greens to each plate and put a little mayonnaise.
