And even if potato pancakes or pancakes are a national dish of Belarus, in the near countries, housewives prepare this simple dish with great pleasure. It turns out pancakes from potatoes with hearty and tasty, and cooking them is easier, especially in a slow cooker.

Let's learn how to make pancakes together, relying on a classic recipe. Only we will not fry them in a pan, as many of us are used to do, but in a slow cooker.

What products will be needed:

  • potatoes - 1 kg;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • salt and ground pepper - to taste;
  • vegetable oil for frying - 3 tbsp.;
  • sour cream - for serving the finished dish.

Preparation of pancakes in a slow cooker:

  1. First you need to choose potatoes. The larger, the better, because you will have to rub potatoes on a medium grater. Therefore, small potatoes are not suitable. The potatoes must first be thoroughly washed, then cleaned and rinsed again under the tap.
  2. Do everything very quickly, because peeled potatoes in the air may darken. Therefore, immediately you need to grate it quickly. The smaller the better - if you are ready for exploits, then we recommend using a grater with small notches. It will turn out very delicate pancakes in a slow cooker!
  3. In the same way, it is necessary to grind the bulb, quickly mix both ingredients.
  4. Next - prepare small salt and spices. You can take any spices, but classic is black pepper. Add salt, pepper, mix. Everything, you can start frying.
  5. Pour vegetable oil into the device, turn on the "Frying" mode. Let the oil warm up for a couple of minutes.
  6. And we recommend mixing the potato mass again, if the juice is released, it must be carefully drained. Excess fluid for frying is useless.
  7. Take a dessert spoon, dial the potato dough, put it in preheated oil. Fry for 3-4 minutes on the one hand, then the pancakes must be turned over and fry the same amount to beautiful brown crust.
  8. Prepare paper towels and a flat plate to lay out the finished potato pancakes. Paper towels absorb excess fat, then you can shift the pancakes to another plate.

  • minced meat - 200 g;

  • eggs - 2 pcs.;

How to cook pancakes in a slow cooker:

  5.   • flour - 2 tbsp.;

  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • salt and spices - at the discretion;
  • frying oil - 3 tbsp.

Preparation of pancakes in a slow cooker:

  1. We will prepare such products: mix eggs with flour, salt and pepper in a bowl (or other spices), mix. Beat the eggs a little with a fork so that the mixture turns out to be homogeneous.
  2. Now the potatoes: I clean it, we shake it again, rub on a grater (small or middle side).
  3. Grind the onion immediately (on a grater or in a blender), add to the potato mass, knead.
  4. We combine both mixtures, let a clove of garlic through the press, add and once again knead the mass for frying the pancakes in the slow cooker.
  5. We pour vegetable oil without smell into the device bowl, turn on the “Frying” program, wait 2-3 minutes.
  6. Next, we collect the potato mass with a tablespoon, lower it into a heated oil, fry first on one side, about 4-5 minutes, then on the other side.

Preparation of pancakes in a slow cooker:

  1. The vegetables must be cleaned, rinsed under running water, cut into cubes to fit in a blender or kitchen combine.
  2. Then you need to grind the potatoes along with the onion, add the garlic. If a lot of juice has stood out, then it is advisable to squeeze it out, because it will prevent the preparation of pancakes in a slow cooker.
  3. The resulting mass must be put in a bowl, add egg, spices and salt, as well as flour. Take such a dough so that by consistency it is the same as thick sour cream. The dough can so far be put on the side to start filling.
  4. Mushrooms must be cleaned, washed, cut into strips or cubes. Fry in vegetable oil. More mushrooms can be boiled if they were frozen. You can do this before you are planning to fry the pancake in a slow cooker so as not to lose time.
  5. The filling must be folded in a bowl, prepare a small spoon.
