  • white mushrooms - 250 g;

  • celery - 2 stems;
  • dried thyme - 1 tsp;
  • fresh parsley - 1 small bundle;
  • bay leaf - 1 pc.;
  • flour - 2 glasses;
  • eggs - 1 pc.;
  • egg yolks - 2 pcs.;
  • salt, pepper;
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.

Prepare the soup of noodles on the chicken broth in the slow cooker according to the instructions:

  1. The onion, 1 carrot and celery stems, clean, chop larger and put in the bowl of the device. We send chicken legs to them and pour 3-3.5 l of water. We put the program “Cooking”, and after boiling we remove the foam with a slotted spoon, salt broth, add black pepper peas, bay leaf and dried thyme. Cook the broth for 2 hours.

  4. Shink white mushrooms and three on a grater second carrots. Fry them in vegetable oil in a pan. Chop parsley.
  5. In boiling broth with chicken we put the mushrooms and cook them for 15 minutes. Then add noodles. We cook the noodles in the slow cooker for another 10 minutes, at the end we throw the greens and turn off the device.

We will boil the tomato soup of noodles in a slow cooker with the addition of tomato paste, but with natural tomatoes canned in our own juice. We will not prepare a meat broth for him, but simply add a little cream. Here are what products we use in this recipe:

  • tomatoes in its own juice - 400 g;
  • noodles - 100 g;
  • cream - 0.5 cups;
  • small carrots - 1 pc.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • bay leaf - 1 pc.;
  • water - 1.5 l;

You can cook noodles in a slow cooker not only on chicken broth, but, for example, on a pig. It is still nice to add fragrant ham and a variety of vegetables here. Here are what ingredients we will prepare for the recipe:

  • pork - 200 g;
  • ham - 100 g;
  • noodles - 200 g;
  • water - 2 l;
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • green peas - 50 g;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • celery - 1 petiole;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • sunflower oil - 30 ml;
  • butter - 30 g;
  • greens - a small bunch;
  • rosemary, pepper, salt - to taste.

  6. Add egg noodles and cook the soup in a slow cooker for another 5 minutes.

Another variation of fish soup with noodles that we want to cook in a slow cooker is soup with salmon. And we will not make it in simple broth, but on coconut milk. The taste will turn out to be piquant thanks to acute chili peppers and ginger root, but the list of the ingredients we need:

  • salmon - 700 g;
  • noodles - 150 g;
  • coconut milk - 400 ml;
  • fish broth - 400 ml;
  • chili pepper - 1 pod;
  • ginger - 10 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • paste Curry - 2 tbsp.;
  • chopped cilantro - 2 tbsp;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp;
  • salt.

Sinosa soup with noodles in a slow cooker is preparing this way:

  1. Finely cut it with a fixed ginger root. In the same way, chop the garlic and a pod of spicy pepper. In thin half rings, chop the bulbs.
