  6. Install the program "Multipovar" at 80 s, and the timer for 10 minutes. Continuously stirring the cheese in a slow cooker with a plastic whisk, wait for the end of the regime. As a result, a homogeneous viscous mass should be obtained.
  7. Fold the form in which the cheese will be solidified and greased with butter.
  8. Put the cheese mass in the mold, grease with oil and cover with parchment paper.
