How to cook bread in a slow cooker without yeast based on leaven:

  1. The first thing to do is prepare a starter with an old Russian recipe. To do this, mix a tablespoon of flour and a tablespoon of warm water. Stir the mixture until smooth, place in a plastic or wooden plate and leave at room temperature.
  2. Every day, for 4 days, add 1 tbsp to the leaven. l flour and 1 tbsp. l warm water. Stir the leaven 2 times a day: in the morning and in the evening.
  3. Add honey to the leaven on the 4th day. Stir the mass thoroughly until smooth.
  4. Stir the mass in the morning and in the evening.

  • wheat flour - 350 g;
  • rye flour - 75 g;
  • soda - 0.5 tsp;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l;
  • kefir (1% fat content, highly carved) - 250 ml;
  • butter - 60 g;
  • salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • paning crackers - 15 gr.

The algorithm of actions:

  1. Melt the butter in a water bath.
  2. Pour kefir at room temperature into warm oil. Mix the mixture well.
  3. See you wheat and rye flour.
  4. Add dry ingredients to flour: sugar, salt and soda. Mix.

  • wheat flour - 65 gr;
  • sugar - 0.5 tbsp. l;
  • water - 370 ml;
  • salt - 0, 5 tsp;
  • butter - 30 gr.

Stages of cooking bread:

  1. First of all, sketch the flour of both types.
  2. Combine flour with the remaining dry ingredients: salt and sugar. Mix.

  4. Mix warm oil with water at room temperature.

  • whole -grain flour - 255 g;

  • almond milk - 220 ml;
  • sunflower seeds purified - 20 g;
  • soda - on the tip of a knife;
  • semen of Spanish Shallefa (Chia) - 15 g;
  • lemon juice - 10 ml;
  • flax seeds - 15 gr.

We cook whole -grain bread in a slow cooker:

  1. Almond milk can be bought already finished. If this is not possible, then prepare it yourself. To do this, grind with a knife a handful of almonds and pour it with a glass of water at room temperature. The mixture should brew for 40 minutes. During this time, water will acquire a characteristic white color and smell of a nut. Strain the liquid through a sieve and you will get almond milk of the best quality.
