- milk - 0.5 l;
- eggs - 5 pcs.;
- ghee butter - 150 g;
- ordinary butter - 150 g;
- sugar - 450 g;
- sunflower refined oil - 1 tbsp.;
- raw yeast - 90 g;
- salt - 1 tsp;
- raisins - 150 g;
- vanilla sugar - 1 bag;
- flour - 7 glasses;
- zest 1 orange.
The technology of cooking custard in the slow cooker looks as follows:
- First you need to make a custard dough, because it is it that acts as the basis of the entire recipe. So, we measure 370 ml of milk, pour into a metal pan and add 150 g of butter to it. We put it on the stove, bring to a boil. We reduce the fire and gradually introduce 1.5 cups of sifted flour, pouring it with a thin stream and stirring the dough continuously.
- When the mass thickens, turn off the burner, and cool the custard dough.
- Now let's go around. We heat the remaining milk to a warm state and dilute raw yeast in it. Add 0.5 tbsp. Sahara. Mix the dough well, cover it with a lid or towel and send it to a warm place for half an hour.
- When the custard dough has cooled, and the opponent is suitable, we connect them in one container. We carefully break the eggs and share proteins and yolks. The remaining 150 g of butter is melted in a small metal bowl and cool.
- Pour the yolks, ghee to the dough, add refined vegetable oil, as well as salt. Mix the ingredients.
- Beat the proteins with sugar in foam. Enter them into the dough and again knead everything well.
- Put the remaining flour in parts, continuing to knead the dough. It should turn out soft, not tight.
- Cover the container with a clean towel and put in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours. When the mass is 2 times, we multiply it and again leave it in warmth at the same time.

- flour - 1.5 cups;
- milk - 2 glasses;
- water - 0.5 cups;

- red wine - 100 ml;
