  • higher grade flour - 2 cups;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • butter - 300 g;
  • sugar - 1 cup;

When all the ingredients are collected, you can start preparing a sand pie with cherries in a slow cooker:

  1. Rinse fresh cherries and take seeds from them. If the berries are frozen, we previously defrost them. If jam is used in the dish, we throw cherries on a colander so that the stack is syrup.
  2. We leave the butter in the heat, having previously cut into pieces.
  3. Choose 2 dry and clean deep bowls. We divide the proteins and yolks of the eggs according to these containers.
  4. We rub the yolks from 3 tbsp. sugar until the mass acquires a light yellow tint. Squirrels for a while we hide in the refrigerator.
  5. When the oil grows, we transfer 2/3 portions into a bowl with yolks and beat with a mixer.

  8. We transfer the cherries into the filling, mix with a spoon.
  9. We add a pinch of salt to the proteins and whip them with a mixer, gradually adding speed. Beat until the proteins become homogeneous tight foam.
  10. Enter the proteins into the curd mass, gently and slowly mixing all the ingredients with a spoon.
  11. We take out the sand dough from the refrigerator, roll out with a rolling pin. We shift it into a multicier bowl and level it, while at the same time forming high sides in the pie.
  12. We transfer the cherry-torn mass to this basket from the dough. Put the “baking” mode and cook the sand pie in a slow cooker for 50 minutes.

Before you get the dessert from the form, it needs to be cooled. Only then you can shift the sand pie from the slow cooker onto the dish and serve.

  • eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • flour - 250 g;
  • butter - 150 g;
  • cheese - 200 g;

  1. Since the dough should stand in the cold for some time, we will begin the cooking process from it. Pre -cooled butter, and then rub it on a coarse grater in a deep bowl. Pour the flour and rub with our hands into the baby.
  2. We drive 2 eggs into the dough, a little salt and knead the products until a homogeneous state. We roll the dough into the ball, pack it in a film and hide it in the cold for 30 minutes.
  3. Now let's do the rest of the products. We cut the brisket with small cubes, grind hard cheese on a coarse grater. Beat the eggs with a mixer, slightly salted, then connect them with sour cream and mix it thoroughly again.

The process of preparing a berry sand cake in a slow cooker is quite long, but the result will cost effort. Consider all the stages of cooking:

  1. Cool the butter in the refrigerator. In a deep vessel, connect the sifted flour with sugar and salt. Three oil on a coarse grater and add to flour. We rub all the ingredients with our hands until it turns out a homogeneous small baby.
  2. Mix egg yolk with 80 g of cold water. Pour a slightly fluid into the flour crumb, kneading a fairly dense dough. For a while, hide the dough in the refrigerator, covering with cling film.
  3. We take a deep bowl or pan and pour 1/3 of sugar there. Add starch, mix. We wash and dry the berries. We cut strawberries into halves or quarters, depending on its size. We shift 200 g of blackberries, 200 g of strawberries and 200 g of blueberries in a bowl of sugar and gently mix with our hands.
  4. We take out the dough from the refrigerator and level it in a multicier shape, creating the sides on the walls of the bowl. Put the berries with sugar on the dough, level it.
  5. Beat the egg with a fork, adding 1 tbsp to it. water. Lubricate the edges of the pie with a brush and sprinkle them a little with sugar.
  6. Turn on the "baking" mode and bake the sandy berry pie in a slow cooker for 20 minutes.

  • butter - 50 g;
  • high fat cream - 100 g;
  • black pepper;

  1. Sift the flour into a large deep bowl and connect it to the salt. There, the same on the grater is chilled butter and rub the foods with your hands to make a homogeneous small baby.

  5. Put the butter in the pan and put it on a small fire. While the oil is melting, clean and finely chop the onion. We spread it in the pan and fry it under the lid for about 15 minutes, sometimes stirring.
  6. Rinse the mushrooms and finely chop. We also cut thyme. Pour the ingredients in a pan with onions and continue to prepare the filling for another 15 minutes.
  7. Slightly cool the mushrooms and transfer them to the baked cake into the slow cooker, evenly leaving.

  1. Pre -cooled butter and three on a coarse grater. Sift the flour in a deep vessel. We combine flour with butter, rub it into a homogeneous baby, pour salt and pour a little cold water. We knead the dough, wrap it with a film and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. We put a pot of water on the stove and wait until it boils. Then we immerse tomatoes in boiling water, hold them there for 2 minutes, take out and clean the skin. Cut the tomatoes with slices.
  3. The peeled onion is chopped with very thin half rings. We put the bell pepper on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until half consumption. Clean the skin, remove the seeds and cut the pepper with strips.
