  1. Wash raisins, connect both types in a bowl. We add dried currants there. We brew strong black tea and soak dried fruits in it.
  2. Put the butter in the heat and let it be undermined. Then we get it with a mixer with sugar and eggs.
  3. Add 200 g of flour, mix the dough with a mixer. We take away raisins and currants from tea, put them in the future pie. Mix the dough with a spoon, add the zest, spices and the remnants of the flour. We will knead all this with a spoon, gradually adding slightly warm milk.
