- Install a bowl on the grill for steaming and stir the dough, maintaining weak boiling of water, about 5 minutes. You must achieve complete mixing of the ingredients and homogeneity of the mass.
- Add the baking powder without stopping to stir. The dough will become a little whitish and swell a little. Then remove the bowl from the multicooker, sank flour into it and gently mix with a spoon.
- The result is a soft sticky dough. Do not add more flour so that it ceases to be sticky - the flour will swell as it cools, the dough will thicken and will not stick. If after cooling it is still too sticky, add a little flour.
- Divide the mass into 5-7 pieces and roll each piece into the ball. So that the dough for the cake in the slow cooker does not dry until the cakes are baked, put it in a bowl and cover it with cling film.
- Lubricate the multicooker bowl with butter, put the ball from the dough at the bottom and flatten it along the bottom, forming a thin circle. The layer can be translucent, but in no case should break. It is not necessary to smooth the edges - later you will cut them and let them in for sprinkling.
- Set the "baking" mode for 10-15 minutes and bake each cake.
- From paper or cardboard, cut a circle with a diameter of 20-25 cm (depending on the diameter of the cakes). Low a circle on each cake and alternately align the edges with a knife, cutting in shape.
- Grind the scraps into the crumb, rolling with a rolling pin.
- It remains to collect the cake in a slow cooker. It is better to collect on a countertop or a working board. Alternately grind all the cakes with cream, applying them on each other.
