  3. As soon as you finish knead the dough, immediately fill it with a multicooker bowl, the walls of which must be pre -lubricated with a thin layer of butter and slightly sprinkled with flour. Put the "baking" for 50 minutes, and add 20 minutes on top for the "heating" function. When the dough starts to bake, do not raise the lid anymore. Do not get the finished cake right away, let it cool at first. Put the cooled product on a towel, cover on top with a clean cloth and 6 hours (ideally for the whole night) set aside.
  4. At the end of this time, divide the cake horizontally with a knife into two equal parts. Suppress the strawberries slightly and, laying it on one of the cakes, pour sour cream, diligently mixed with sugar on top. Cover the filling with the second cake and put the cake in a cool place.
