  2. Starting to cook porridge, sweat carrots and put in a slow cooker, where we pour vegetable oil. Click on the "Frying" or "baking" button, fry the carrot for 10 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms cut into cubes to it. We will put them out for another 10 minutes.
  4. We throw the barley into the bowl, only first salt the water from it. We lay out a stew from the can, salt porridge.

  1. We’ll soak the cereal in a bowl until the morning. When we start cooking porridge, we clean all the vegetables. We chop the carrot into strips, divide the onion into half rings, crush the garlic with a knife and cut it.
  2. In vegetable oil, heated in a slow cooker in “Frying” mode, we throw all the indicated vegetables at once and fry 10 minutes.
  3. We cover the mushrooms and add to the bowl. We will cook them for another 10 minutes.
  4. Salt from the barley water and send grains to the slow cooker. We stir and put out for 5 minutes.
  5. We move tomatoes in our own juice, warm up the water and dilute the tomato paste. We cut the pepper into strips, add to the porridge.

  • pearl barley - 1 cup;

  • mushrooms - 400 g;
  • pork - 0.5 kg;
  • fat - 200 g;
  • sauerkraut - 200 g;

  • butter - 30 g;

  1. We’ll soak the barley for several hours in cold water. We also soak the mushrooms for 30 minutes, but only in boiling water. Then we will pour this water, and we will wash the mushrooms well.
