  • berries - 300 g;
  • starch - 3 tsp;
  • vanilin - 1 bag.

Berries can be used any, but not too juicy, otherwise the sour creamman in the slow cooker will not bake. Black currants, blackberries, raspberries and cranberries are ideal.

How to cook a berry source in a slow cooker:

  1. If the berries are frozen, defrost them, filling with cold water. In no case do not carry the berries with boiling water, otherwise they will not be so elastic and tasty.
